Very friendly staff! Arrived at 0600 for 0700 appt. Checked in right away and assigned door right away. Move tandems to the rear and leave air to trailer. Unloaded by 0725. Lumper fee $200. We were first truck in door so it was super easy with plenty of room to back in. Once we docked, 4 more trucks were getting in door and it became a bit hectic for those drivers. I recommend getting here at 0600.
Driver, NEVER COME TO THIS WAREHOUSE!!!! 1 - THEY UNLOAD AT LEAST 12 HOURS. MY APPOINTMENT WAS APPOINTED 7/25/ AT 1pm. THEY I GOT DOOR AT 6am 7/26/ AND FINISHED UNLOADING AT 6:30pm. When asked why you are unloading so hard, or something is wrong with the load, they answered THAT THEY HAVE NO PLACE FOR THE LOAD!!!!!!!!! no RESTROOMS for drivers, lazy workers. there are garbage sorting warehouses nearby, so the smell from them is also unbearable!!!!!! SO DRIVERS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!!!!!!!!!!
Marked this place not to come back. One of the worst places to deliver. Management lie so much they loose track of lies. Sat here 2 days to get unloaded. Drivers be aware they keep you here like a storage unit but too cheap to have a bathroom for drivers. If you keeping drivers here for 12 hours where they suppose to go for bathroom needs?
Hate this place. Every time I come here it’s 4+ hrs to unload 2-5 pallets. My company needs to start charging them $100 an hr minimum for holding me cause me to miss my other delivery appointments.
Slow as hell. Take forever on paperwork too busy chilling in the office.
Busy street, crazy trying to park, but friendly people. We got pretty lucky and came at a good time, but be warned that there is a parking lot directly across the street from the dock. They park around two cars deep to a spot and there are box trucks there as well. There is also a nearby construction crew.

Not very efficient with unloading times. Always bout 2hrs averaging unload time with paperwork signed
Late for appointment, but got door right of the way, and got the pod in 3 hr. Not bad
Total waste of time Lazy management Bad Attitude with drivers just for appointment delivery you have to wait 11 hours some one have to take Action against this Company….
