The Costco price of gasoline is the best. Fourth of July Weekend, the gasoline prices were still the most outstanding in the State of California. Our family appreciates Costco so much for helping us with the price of gas and groceries.

Just the place to stock up on essentials and get an oil change and tire rotation. Staff is polite and helpful to the members. Most of the staff have genuine smiles and seem to be enjoying their work.
I love my Costco, here in Rohnert Park. I know where most things are and it saves me lots of time having most of the items I need. Plus the fuel station has plenty of room to wait in line for, as the Santa Rosa store doesn't! I spent two hours in SR not finding anything that I needed a few days ago. But today in RP I found way over of what I needed, lol! I just wish that they would offer more grass fed beef and more fresh seafood not farmed.
It's Costco! Not much to go wrong here. The new location is good, easy to navigate. If anyone at Costco is listening, we need a line of bullet proof, low feature washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher! Something TOUGH for a rental. All that high end stuff is nice, but I'm buying speed queen and base model stuff elsewhere for my rentals.
Monday, July 17, 2023 at approximately 5:10pm. Went to the food court to order 2 pizzas. I stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for my order to be called. Multiple people who ordered their pizzas after me got their orders within 10 minutes. After the 3rd time the line died down and I was the only person standing there no one bothered to ask if they could see my number or double check if my order had even been made I decided to go up and see what was up with my order. The short young lady who had started her shift about 10 minutes prior checked a shelf and said "Oh, yeah we called the number" they definitely hadn't; Tony, the very tall food court employee called out the numbers very loudly and my number was never called. When I mentioned to the young lady that my number was never called she simply smiled and said "sorry". This whole time I had noticed flirting, chatting about personal stories, joking around, and the young man who was cutting and packing the pizzas wearing his face mask under his chin, which I understand is very common in most fast food restaurants anyway, but it took a customer to remind the employees to do their job. I was told that Costco was very fast with their pizzas and had really good customer service. I was not impressed and arrived late to my evening appointment with nicely cooled pizza. I don't recommend the Costco food court and won't be returning to this specific food court.
Shoutout to Hazel in the optical department for repairing my hopelessly broken glasses in record time! And then polishing them to a high gloss before handing them back. She was friendly, welcoming, and extremely competent. And I am grateful that Costco hires such exceptional employees.
When I need to come to Costco, I so much prefer this location. It's more mellow than the SR Ave one. Easier parking and less people. It's just a few miles away from the other one, and so much worth the drive for a more pleasant shopping experience. I like coming here for bulk items like paper towels to save money or for food for family parties. I will go out of my way at times to come get their bulk fruit/veggies as the quality is incredible. Same with their fresh flowers & plants!!
Bought the last gazebo in the place. A team of 6 people loaded it into my trailer in minutes. I’ve always had a good experience at Costco but this was awesome enough to leave a review.
I always have had a great experience at Costco, but at this point I'm referring to my experience today. Looking for a brisket, I was only seeing 16+ pound cuts in the case don't get me wrong I'll smoke that like no one's business but I was really just looking for a 9-11 pound cut. I peeked into the back where the meat guys were, explained what I wanted, and he said "gimme a min.." Comes out a couple min later with a 10.3 pound cut, and I told him that just made my day. Sometimes a simple thing like quality service can make other bad customer service experiences names withheld forgotten about. Thanks!
