There are certain items that are staples from Costco. Street tacos, chicken wraps, and now, loaves of cinnamon bread! Wow! Very tasty. Staff at check-out are usually very efficient and friendly. We usually are here for less than an hour as we have a list. A visit a couple times a month and the two of us are good. Good stuff!

As if the whole check out experience isn’t THE WORST it just got to a new level. In line waiting to check out and things just stop. The young lady in front of us was being held CAPTIVE by a Costco employee desperately attempting to sign her up for their credit card?  The line grew long, and tempers were growing short. I asked the employee to maybe step aside so the rest of us could check out, indicating the growing crowd behind us. After a 5 second pause with a blank stare, she resumed her pitch. I asked the check out guy who we could speak to about the situation and was told with attitude “it’s ALL corporate, we HAVE to do it”. GREAT job corporate. Take the greed approach and force it on us all. That should work.

Great selection of variety of items. Some are not available elsewhere. Clean and organized. Generally very friendly stuff. One thing I notice is that the food court is so busy during lunch/dinner hours. Stuff are doing so much at a time that they didn't follow the receipt numbers, some times from low to high, some times from high to low. Confusing.

Some things are priced well. The constant changing of products is frustrating when you preferred a previous product. For example, they had a quinoa pasta that tasted great, they replaced it with banza, which has a strong unpleasant flavor.  They have been great about returns, incorrect charges they caught 2 things I did not, one at the door but another during an inventory review.  The executive membership, for me, has been worthwhile

Costco's is the best big box store in the game. Top quality food, top quality wine and liquors. And a nice selection of anything else you might want or need.

We enjoy coming to this location over midland. Little more options, and just a bit more enjoyable. But a costco run never hurts anything but your wallet. Love going there.

I like it here because is big and spacious.....nope. People still wanna be all over you and don't respect your personal space. Stealing the oxygen right from under your nose. It's super annoying that you take one step back and hit the cart behind you and people don't care. You are looking at something to buy and then there is an anxious person behind you trying to get there as well, giving you the sense that you have to hurry up. I decided peace over conflict this time... This time.

We've been members since they opened. Husband purchased a $1300 set of tires from them. He had to order them online and,  make an appointment to have them put on. The employee told him he needed a 2 hour appointment and, it would be nearly a month til they could get him in. The day of the appointment he arrived promptly at the appointment time, pulled into an open bay and, was yelled at for doing so. He backed out and went to the service writer who told him that there were 5 other people ahead of him! Both the service manager and store manager were extremely rude. We got our money refunded. We'll never shop here again.

Currently members of Costco, Sams Club and BJ's. Costco 4.5/5, Sams 3/5, BJ's 1/5. Costco is clean, great products and friendly. Will cancel BJ's immediately. Will keep both Costco and Sams. But Sams will be cancelled long before Cistco, if needed!

Holy Grail Costco, why you ask??? Because it has the never seen before 3 pump gas lines at it's gas station! Besides that, it's super clean and bright, plenty of easy parking, items haven't been picked over. No wait lone at the tire center. This is a really nice Costco.
