Costco

I like getting my supplies In bulk when I can, this is a good place for that. Not exactly the best prices in my opinion but it could be because of present events, moreso, i haven't purchased here in a while. I've found better prices in Walmart for deer park water and a few other supplies in recent times. Notwithstanding, I love the product selections, you'll find quite a lot of brands and diverse products.

Lately there rules have been really stupid I went shopping with my aunt and I don’t have a membership at all but she does so she was going to use hers so we got to the cash register. She showed her membership card and then they give me the total of everything I pull out my credit card to pay and then the cashiers goes like “oh is that your credit card” I said y”es it’s my credit card”. She says Sorry but you cannot pay with it you can’t use your credit card to pay she has to pay with her on money or her credit card referring to my aunt because it’s not allowed anymore. The person carrying the membership card has to be the one paying nobody else can pay and I’m like that is so stupid like first it was a rule that you can’t use someone else membership OK that’s all right yeah but like now that that someone else can I pay with their credit card just because the membership card is not there’s it just plainly stupid.

I had been a member for 20 plus years. The store manager at this location is horrible. I called corporate to file a complaint. The team at corporate said a regional manager would return my call and address my concerns. The rules at the registers change on the daily. You cant have more than one cart, you can have more than one cart. We cant take your guest's payment, we can take your guests payment. Management at this store is horrible. And don't be in the store anytime near closing as you will be literally screamed at by the employees. They are supposed to offer to help you finish up with your shopping. Jill the Store Manager at this store is your worst nightmare. She does not know how to quantify a gift card or do a membership refund. Membership cancelled. Costco Corporate also not an advocate of the customer. That was my experience. I waited months to post this because it has caused me much suffering not being able to shop the wonderful products offered. Best of luck paying that much money just to walk in that store and be treated like that.

They told me you can only go to the pharmacy if they escort you today. Which is an absolute lie if you don't have a Costco card you simply say you're going to the pharmacy and continue on your way. They are rude and do what whatever they want. The associate that stared me down while I got my medication today was named Crystal and she was completely unfriendly and out of line. She has the wrong job for sure. I'm pretty sure it's against policy tobstare at me while I get my scripts. I'm going to Sam's club from now on. You lost my bussines.

I am a professional photographer who has my photos printed here rather than anywhere else...the service and the manager are fantastic....I have enjoyed working with the entire staff for over 6 years.... The canvas prints are fantastic and delivered to the warehouse for me to pickup and take to my customers. I never have a problem with the Costco in Manassas everyone has always been super friendly, but today for some reason you had the worst Greeters I've ever seen super entitled. I do not kno if it's your policy to specify to not help Spanish Speaking costumers but today was horrible. As soon as I'm walking in to the greeter to show her my Card this elderly lady was telling her she lost her husband inside and just needed to find him, the Caucasian lady immediately said I don't speak Spanish dismissing what she was asking so I stepped in an spoke for her. Did she need to be rude to her NO. Then as I'm leaving "Carmen" was the greeter checking our receipts a gentleman asked in spanish if he can go in an use the bathroom he showed her a recipt of purchase and she was giving him a hard time saying she spoke no Spanish even tho he clearly said "bathroom". You need to do better with these people acting like they can't understand what a simple bathroom means. I don't want to think you are treating Hispanics a certain way seeing how you have plenty as Hispanics workers. These ladies be thinking they run the store DO better!! Your customers are Mostly Hispanics DO bEtter!!

Love this place. I love all the samples too. Some things are a bit pricey but you get good quality. Need a better checkout system though. And more employees to ask for help.

Love this Costco! I really like the layout! It's been my favorite place to shop for over 3 years. Not a fan of how they're becoming super strict with disallowing friends from paying separately for their stuff. I rarely bring friends to give them the Costco experience, and it's just a big fat turn off and hassle for everyone at the register.

Was not allowed to shop here because I was using my wife’s membership and she was not with me .. that is pretty ridiculous.. look at peoples address not the picture on the card !! Your supervisors need better training on how to handle situations like this should be easy to figure this out..

A little disorganized. It took a while to get my hotdog order using their order online. They no longer sell my favorite gift card Bonefish Grlle or Uncle Julio’s.
