Costco

Terrible place to shop! New Member. When you enter Costco they herd their customers through a narrow entrance and aisle. Everyone is running into each other. I guess their marketing department thinks this is a good idea! How about putting on the Costco app where products are located. It’s called modern technology! I’ll see if they will refund my membership Product availability 5 stars Shopping experience. -1 star

Costco in Orland Park is my go to warehouse super store. The constantly well stocked rotation of new useful products is always a great experience. Absolutely wonderful array of fresh baked goods in the bakery is hard to pass by on an empty stomach. I always stop by and grab my $1.50 hotdog on the way out. Only thing that I would like an improvement on would be the exits from the parking lot. Always a nightmare.

Where do I start? Too many people and crowds early afternoon on a random Tuesday. Traffic everywhere... don't these people work? it feels like some crazy theme park waiting for a ride. The free tasting tables are surrounded by people waiting for even 15 minutes ! For a tiny piece of toast or a chip dipped in some salsa. And the people operating these stands take their sweet time. You can easily spend a week touring this store and not be done. Its extra fun dodging crowds and families. Its like a circus at intermission. I perfer low key. So this won't work for me. For the rest of you Enjoy toting the giant cases of ketchup...

Who doesn't love Costco? Even when the lines are crazy long, and they're ALWAYS crazy long, the staff moves people through quickly amd efficiently and usually with courtesy. There are the occasional less than but if I had to deal with thousands upon thousands of people daily, well, let's just say I couldn't. The deals are always there at Costco. The place is maintained and clean.

Costco is always amazing. Great location. Clean and big selection. They are checking pictures now on ID. So in my case, my fiancé sent me with her card. Still let me checkout as a guest but they are cracking down.

I've never been to Costco until my friend Ann took along with her. I definitely will be back, a huge variety of everything you could think of. I was amazed at all the items and they have some many samples of food you can try. Love it!

I just left Costco's. I bought 3 bags of Kirkland Salmon and Sweet Potato dog food. I didn't know, one of my Bags of Dog food had been open and taped back together. The bag of Dog food was even much lighter than the other two. While loading the food in my vehicle, I noticed the open dog food. I took it back into the store and asked for the Manager. The Supervisor and Manager came. The Manager said they always tape up the return items and put them back on the floor. She said, they sell the item at a discounted price, but Costco charged me the same regular price for all three. And there was no discounted sticker on the food item. That is really bad!

It's way to busy all the time! Isle always packed, takes forever to get to where you want to go. The parking is just as bad! It's too big of an area to only have 1 costco's. I was a member at sams club and switch because it was closer to where I live. Definitely the wrong choice. The pre-made food isn't very good, and it's feels kind of dirty there.

Excellent store, you find many products for the home, from food to furniture and electronics for the home. They have very good promotions and the advantage is that almost all the products are in large packages, you save money and last longer. The only drawback is that you need a membership to enter and be able to buy.

I love Costco, however in the bakery section I spoke with a lady named Alyssa, and she had a very inconsiderate and rude attitude towards me. It made me feel very awkward going their a second time and I most likely won’t go again.
