Costco

Tom He was getting carts today and Antonio pizza helped me out a ton when I spilled a bunch of stuff from my cart. They went above and beyond helping me out and it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely renew my membership just based off that one interaction with them. Keep it up guys!

I'm not sure why this Costco doesn't offer the Italian Sausage Sandwich in the Deli and last time I visited I was carded 3 times. Otherwise it's just a regular Costco.

We love Costco. They’ve got great prices and great product. The entry price for a membership is $60. It’s definitely worth it to do an execute for $120 as the annual cash back is nice. This location does have a gas station

Costco is great as usual. You can't beat the prices on certain items compared to your local grocery store. For example: We buy Dave's Killer White bread for like $8.99 for two loaves. One loaf is like $7.99 at Smith's.

The Costco in Bountiful has always had very helpful staff and is usually not too crowded. You do need a membership to enter the store.

I just want to give a shoutout to Barbara in the eye care center. I came to this Costco after feeling rushed into something I didn’t want at the Costco in Ogden. Barbara was seriously so sweet, and really took the time to make sure I was happy. The Ogden Costco took my old glasses and just popped the lenses out and into a new pair that aren’t correct, so they look horrid. Barbara called every Costco to get my exact old glasses shipped and is going to fix them. I can’t thank her enough for how kind she is. She is a great employee, noticed her badge said she has been there since 1996. Just fantastic

I hate going here. Its too crowded and lines move slowly. I also hate calling the pharmacy because the staff slam the phone down when they not you are done talking. Love Kiel, Isabel and Nate at pharmacy. They are the best... professional and friendly. They deserve a raise. they earned the extra star because I really only think it deserves 2 stars. Everyone else is rude and could use retraining on customer service!!!

I give the store three stars for cleanliness and accessibility to items, however customer service desk sucks. I walked in thru the door we’re it says merchandise return the lady there. Shantel was working counter very rudely said what are we doing with this I told her I am returning right away she gave me even more attitude and said we’ll will you just donate it so we don’t have to deal with it. Why are you returning these items I then explain they were being brought back due to allergies, she then tells me well next time choose more carefully we don’t waste food here. and have no place to put returns. She then gave me my money back . There was nothing friendly about this transaction no hi how are you, have a nice day nothing just upset that I brought something back. My cashier that I had when I purchased other items was nice and another lady I had briefly talked to about how to get ahold sold someone on this matter was really nice as well. other than the ride person at customer service most of the time it isn’t to bad shopping there there are busy times so I choose more of a quieter time to shop. Hopefully this person will change their bad customer service skills and be nicer. and hopefully you will have a good experience if you have to deal with customer service there.

I agree with the other negative review. Too pushy on either renewing or upgrading your Costco membership. I had to tell them I've been going to Costco since 2009. I know EVERYTHING about both memberships. You do not have to explain it to me. This will be my last year of having a Costco membership. My circumstances have changed. Costco management should tell customer service employees stop being so pushy and no more arguing with customers.

This review is for the Tires department. Hope this helps you. Do not get tires here EVER! Yes reasonable prices but you pay for it with your time you'll never get back. 1. When you walk in and no one at Tire Center desk. Then you have to wait or talk to customer service to get someone to help you. I've literally waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. 2. They'll tell you an hour to replace tires. But do not believe them. I've waited hour and a half to 2 hours just for tire rotations. Worse when putting new tires or wheels on. 3. Having to come back after driven 25 miles to the busy Costco parking lot to get the lug nuts tighten. No other tire shops do this. Just please avoid the Tire Center at Costco.
