I had amazing service at the hearing center today and my hearing aids work better than they ever have! I did some shopping and had to ask a couple of times where things were and everyone was helpful and directed me to the right area. The checkout people are just fun - they are right there to help you get through the line quickly and they do it with a smile and a kind word. I am VERY impressed with all the people that work at this Costco. They are wonderful!!! Thank you!

I was at Costco today to have my glasses adjusted and I talked to Lisa about getting a extra pair of glasses. Lisa was not only immediately able to figure out why I needed my glass frames adjusted but she was very helpful for me in choosing an additional pair of frames. She had helped me in the past and I highly recommend Lisa in the optical department to help you with picking the correct frames for your face. She is very professional, friendly, and helpful. You will be very happy if you have Lisa help you in the Costco optical department. And, most important of all, you cannot beat the price of glasses in the optical department because they are a great bargain!

Good selection of products. Good value. Poor checkout experience. Like more and more stores, they're pushing the self checkout lanes. They'd rather pay someone to walk the checkout lines and solicit credit card enrollment, than pay someone to work another register. Store hours and Self checkout lines, are my only complaint.

Costco is a great store but the associate Sarah from apparell in your West Springfield, Ma store went above and beyond for my mom, myself and the other customers who asked for her help. Never in my years of shopping have I met an associate as hardworking and determined as Sarah to help us figure out and find the sizes we needed. She helped us search the floor through piles, boxes and inventory lists till she was able to locate what we were looking for. Please recognize this worker for she is the best of the best. Thank you Sarah for the tips on finding the best size and on going above and beyond for us to access what we needed. You are a Rockstar! Thank you!

I escorted my elderly mother-in-law to her hearing appointment and afterward to the front desk to discuss her membership. The hearing specialist was caring and very knowledgeable. He repaired her hearing aid. He was kind and professional. The service specialist at the membership desk was also kind and professional. She helped my mother-in-law efficiently. What a great addition Costco is to our area.

Unable to give 5 stars. Old crew was nice and efficient, friendly and courteous. Recently the cashiers are rude. No greeting no smile and certainly no thank-you. Maybe they were raised in a barn

We drove over an hour and we’re excited to finally go to Costco. We bought the Execute membership planning to start coming every month. When we pay for our order we bag the meat and cold food in the new Costco bag they gave us with the membership so that the meat doesn’t spoil on the long drive home. We make out to the lady who checks the receipts and as we are walking towards her they lady is mean mugging my daughter and looking at her up abs down. I pass the lady our receipt and she begins to beret my daughter and I saying oh your must be new youre not suppose to bag anything. I have to be able to see with so much much attitude and rude tone. Oh they should have told you not to use the bag. My daughter and I were shocked how nasty this lady way being. We took everything out so she can see and she was looking in the bag as of hoping to find something not accounted for. I will never go back to Costco. Clearly she was comfortable saying and being this way she must do it often. I work too hard for my money to pay be scolded after driving over an hour hoping to have a good day with my daughter. McDonalds has better service.

Best Costco I've ever been to, and I've gone to many. Great variety. Ample parking, large building that never feels overcrowded even on holidays.

They stopped taking Mastercard cause their fees went up. I'd rather get $20 than 0! Some buisnesses make no "cents". Didnt lose my buisness but not a huge fan. Never was. Just excited to get the 10' blanket for 29.99 that no one else has.

Great customer service, and the checkout was fast even on the busy day we went. I'm definitely recommending the Costco in West Springfield, MA.
