Costco Wholesale

I really love this Costco but have had really terrible experiences with one of the employees that gives out samples. The employee, Christopher, is very rude and says some very inappropriate things. Today when I was there I was looking at a shed and he was inside of it on the phone and it made me not want to be anywhere near that part of the store.

After filling $100+ in fuel, I parked way out of anyone's way to handle a few business things I can't do while driving. Almost immediately a rude lady in a white VW came up and told me I was not allowed to park there. Costco fuel was still open at this time I told her I was not spending the night or anything, and would be leaving shortly. She returned a bit later and yelled at me for not leaving. There's zero reason for this kind of behavior. I'm in a brand new, $60k sprinter van, with a company wrap on it. It was very obvious I had no plans to camp there or anything else. I've been a Costco member for over 10 years, and have never encountered one rude Costco employee until now. Very disappointing.

I enjoy the Ukiah Costco. It’s a nicer drive than if I were to head south on the 101. Less traffic. Less people in line. Noosa yogurt which they don’t always carry in Santa Rosa. An all around better, more relaxed experience.

This is my favorite Costco. I have been going to Costco for over 30 years, but this is definitely the best one. It helps that it is in a smaller town, so less people to get around, but plenty to keep it busy and solid here in Ukiah.

The staffs are friendly… very friendly… and polite… when was the last time u got a smile and greetings when walking in and from the cashier and at check out? They got it all at this location!!! LOVE this country side location!!! thanks to all the staffs with all their smiles

Short lines. Good selection of items. It's great to have a tire center and gas pumps as well. Wish they had diesel.

Fat guy at the entrance sucks. Racist older white lady at the exit stopped my cart all rude like I was stealing and was giving me a disgusting look up and down the whole time she was looking at my receipt. Worst shopping experience ever, Never have I felt so discriminated in my life.

There at 10 am. In & Out in 17 minutes. Can't get much better than that. Employees very nice. Great store in Ukiah, California.

This Costco was great, we stopped by to grab wine but my fiancé decided to get some stuff for the road trip. Unfortunately, the pizza staff lacks a significant amount of empathy and customer skills. As I was the only person waiting in line to be assisted the man who was behind the counter, I believe cleaning the area told the pizza attendant: hurry up my lady is hungry! Me being a overweighted person didn't appreciate the joke. Then the girl was laughing with him like he found it funny. I was amazed for both demeanors were rude and immature. When I was finally asked what was my order about and said it, the guy started make fun of someone's voice and proceeded to call "her lady" Bertha. Then the pizza lady tried to make it seem like he was talking about someone else and it was obvious they were making fun of me. Not nice at all. Please Costco people. Hire people who truly want to treat customers with kindness not these bullies.

Been shopping for a disabled Vet/ Native American person with his Costco membership card , Identification & personal payment. Since Costco came to ukiah. twice within a month I was denied..they said Disabled Vet/Native American had to come in & shop forself.. He will no longer shop there.
