Costless Pharmacy

For those of you older folks that seem to be disconnected with the local news, the pharmacy closed due to the bus rapid transit project. With a second location conveniently located in U.P. this should cause little inconvenience to those who decently have their lives order. Lots of 60 yr old+ people around here that need to die off and stop weighing this area down

I just found out yesterday, June 14th, 2022, that Cost Less has permanently closed. I never got any notice by mail,, or text, or anything. I was trying to call in my prescriptions in, and got the message. I have been going to Cost Less for years, and my dad and mother went to Cost Less for many many years. I am so saddened by their closing. Mark, and Sandy, and everyone who worked there at Cost Less, I will miss you all so much! I love you all!!

My whole family goes to cost less pharmacy! It's family owned and operated which is the reason we chose to go here! Everyone is great they always work with you if there is an issue,their quick, and friendly: it's also located inside a store with a USPS!! As of 1/19/22 they have COVID-19 tests for $19.99.

The staff is friendly. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, and take good care of customers, making sure they get what they need, at a price they can afford. You can call your prescription refill in and they are good about having it ready when you get there. They also have post office services and unique gifts for everyone. It's the way it should be everywhere. Oh and they have a variety of fudge to choose from at the front counter.

The staff at Costless pharmacy at this location are the most helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kindest people we have had the pleasure of dealing with. They treat you with respect and always go the extra mile to help you I've talked to alot of customers and they all love this place and the people who run it. Ty

This place is the best to go. Twenty minutes until closing and they still managed to get my prescription transferred and filled even when I showed up 2 minutes until closing! The gentlemen who helped me was so polite and helpful! I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I have been coming to the pharmacy for 7 years and had a five-star experience until a new pharmacist named Craig began working there in October. I was left without lifesaving siezure medication called Keppra. Despite this negative experience I decided to come back because of how I was properly treated by the rest of the staff over my 7 years coming here. The second time a pharmacist leaves a patient without medication they need, it is either grossful neglect or it is being done intentionally. The condescending nature in which he treats his patients and the way he treats the staff working around him has led to an entire store filled with people in a very negative mood. He clearly is either unable to conduct himself in a proper manner or simply he is incapable of doing his job properly. I highly recommend another pharmacy as I will be going to from now on. When a pharmacist tells you that he is not going to follow the letter of the law but going to do things based upon his own personal policy tells me that this man is unable to leave his narcissistic nature at home. I truly hope the amazing people who have run this store so well for so many years prior to hiring this person will see this review and decide to do something about who they choose to put behind that counter. Blaming the patient for his inadequacies and making up stories about not being able to contact the patient when I had this pharmacist actually call my phone while I was there to prove that I was in fact getting calls he said my phone number of 15 years didn't work, it does & his lie was called out tells me that he will stop at nothing to lie to continue his wrongful behavior. I will be taking my prescriptions to the Fred Meyer pharmacy as they filled my medication both times he dropped the ball. If he was in fact unable to fill my prescription, then the next pharmacy wouldn't be able to either. This is the second time this man has refused to fill medication my insurance & state law allow me to fill 2 days early due to how much medication he 'thinks I should have' that's between my doctor and I. I shouldn't have to wait until the day I need my medication to fill it. I'm sure he doesn't. You have lost 2 loyal customers of 7 years & 12 years due to this pharmacist & his behavior. To anyone who has read this far, please take your prescriptions elsewhere. This is not common for me to leave negative reviews as a top contributor on Google Maps.

Unfortunately, Cost Less Prescriptions on Pacific Ave has permanently closed. I received a text from them saying they had closed and sent all prescriptions to the Rite Aid across Pacific Ave. from Cost Less. No explanation was offered re why they closed suddenly.

I've always had a fantastic experience here. I love the cute trinkets and treats they have in the store. I drive out of my way and hustle to get there before closing time just to get my medications here. Parking can be rough but it's a small price to pay for excellent services and competitive prices.

costless staff are on it and always go out of their way to get things done quickly. You never wait long. They always have a smile and helpful attitude, you cant go wrong going to a smaller pharmacy who knows your name and cares about getting to know their customers. :
