The Parks and Recreation Department’s vision is "Making Lives Better!"
We strive to achieve our vision by designing and maintaining parks and facilities that meet current and future needs; offering recreational programs that promote health, fun and lifelong learning; and providing exceptional service to our customers.
The Parks and Recreation Department oversees 90+ parks, 18 miles of off-street trails, two community centers, four recreation centers, and two aquatics complexes and provides recreational, sports, health, fitness and educational activities and special events for all ages.
Our activity guide detailing all activities and a complete park listing is published three times per year and is available at CSD offices and on our activity guide page. The success of current and future programs depends on you and your participation. Show your support by registering for classes and attending one of our many special events.
