Great people to work with and they made a very hard decision much easier! I had a rodeo clown put on my Daddy's headstone and they did a wonderful job adding that. I highly recommend Cotner Monuments.

Wonderful people!! I stopped by here to get some help repairing a cross topping on a tombstone in Oak Cemetery that had been vandalized. They helped re-drill the hole to mount it and gave me some epoxy to help re-attach it...and wouldn't take any money. To me, this shows they are truly interested in taking care of people. Thank You!!

When my brother passed away my world was shatterred as I had lost a sister just months before. Then only 3 months later my Mother passed. I was overwhelmed with everything that needed to be taken care of for them. My brother wanted to be buried in our family plot in Arkansas so I found Cotner online. Mimi Vargas was an absolute angel. I wanted something special on the headstone and she worked on the design until it was exactly perfect. Because I wanted to be there when the headstone was placed and I was unable to make the day, she had a beautiful picture taken and emailed it to me. I promise you she is a gem and will take care of your needs, even long distance. I've yet to meet her, but maybe one day. Thanks again Mimi.

Cotner Monuments was extremely helpful when we needed to both replace and add a headstone, so that we could bury our mother's ashes in her mother's grave. Cotner went out to the cemetery and found a different circumstance than we had expected, but were able to advise a very satisfactory solution that we are very happy with. The first headstone was ready several weeks early, and they were able to provide the solution headstone within a few days, so that we didn't even have to change our travel plans to Fort Smith. The headstones are lovely, and my sister and I are glad to recommend this firm to all.

Cotner monuments set my parents monument years before they died. It wasn’t set properly on a secure base so by the time they died, the marker had shifted & tilted. I met with them following my dad’s passing in July to have his death date engraved. The lady was very nice & assured me it would be taken care of in a timely manner. I paid to have a base placed under the stone, straightened and leveled as well. It was no small amount. Since then I feel they have been difficult, misleading and downright unkind when I have asked questions regarding the scheduled work. It took much longer than they said. The owner even raised his voice at me & was very rude. He even challenged me to find another company to do the work. What happened to customer service?? This is now first of November. The base has finally been placed. It seems very large for the monument but at least it’s there.I’ve tried to include a photo but cannot. The death date was inscribed in about September but was so black it looked terrible. I asked if it could be lightened to match the other dates. Now it is noticeably almost invisible. I have to wonder if they think that’s good work. I feel like they have made a sad time even more difficult. My mom worked for this company for years with Mr Cotner. Pretty sure they both would be very sad to see how they treated us. I suppose I’ll check with a competitor to have the death date made visible. I’ve given up on Cotner & have no plans to ever use them again.

I contacted Mimi Vargas via phone and she helped me with the process. I was able to do every bit online and on the phone with Mimi. Today, we were able to see the headstone and to our amazement it was absolutely beautiful. Big thank you to Cotner Monuments and Mimi Vargas 10/10 recommend.

Great people, Quality Product! After months of going back and forth with another monument company to no avail, Cotner stepped up and went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. They were thorough, prompt and communicative from start to finish. I could not be more satisfied.
