This florist was amazing. I called in the morning for flowers to be delivered the same day to my Mom for her birthday, and these beautiful flowers were taken to her doorstep only hours later AND they sent a text picture of the arrangement! I am out of state so this service was fantastic to have. This arrangement was affordable for what it is, and my mom shared the picture with all of her friends, she loved it so much. Thank you, Paula & team for making her birthday so special.
My bouquet was Gothic and beautiful and my centerpieces were everything I could've hoped for! Paula even went out of her way to spray paint my white flameless candles black because I couldn't find any black ones for her gold lanterns. She also did the arch custom for me at Brentwood Rise by Wedgewood Weddings. All my photos are from the photographer, I don't want to get anyone in trouble for copyright, but all my flowers looked absolutely stunning! Absolutely perfect, 10/10, no notes!
The floral cross on stand that Paula's Family Florist provided for our son's celebration of life at Most Holy Rosary Church in Antioch were fresh and beautiful--an exact replica of the online photo. My only regret was that I didn't get a photo of them. Thank you so much!
Under new management since the horrible for last year. Totally rebuilt. Still same family but it's the daughter now. The floral arrangements are beautiful. A plus is the little extras one can purchase like bracelet charms. The owner is highly knowledgeable of arrangements. I asked her for one for Thanksgiving and mentioned there would be at least a dozen people so we didn't want to be peeking over or through flowers to be talking. She prepared a wonderful arrangement that was fall colors and in a container about 2" high. Low, long and beautiful.
Been a customer of Paula's Family Florist. For over 60 years Paula, her parents and grandparents have provided fresh quality flowers for special occasions, weddings, funerals and just because. Paula's is reasonably priced and provides exceptional service and beautiful flowers!
Today I spoke to Joanie over the phone. She was so very sweet, understanding, accommodating & helpful. She also gave great advice. I took a job interview yesterday & wanted to thank the entire staff where I interviewed for being so warm & encouraging & not make it look as though I were trying to gain any type of leverage. Joanie helped me with some appropriate wording & assured me that the flowers would be delivered today as they are closed tomorrow. I couldn't have asked for better service. I hope I get the job. I look forward to being a co-worker of such a fine, warm group of people & using Paula's Family Floral service many more times. Thank u kindly.

Now that Paula is back in her store after the BIG fire. We stopped in to buy flowers for a baby shower. Paula is ready for you for any occasion big or small. Look for the yellow house on A St. In downtown Antioch.
Paula Trotta, Paulas Family Florist Paula has the very best flowers. They seem to last longer than others. Paula and Chris are very knowledgeable about the floral industry and have helped me and those I have referred to them many times. I would strongly recommend Paula and Paula's Family Florist.
