Cottage Grove Nursing Home was originally founded in 1962. We have seen a lot of changes over the years, but our commitment hasn't changed: Caring for all who grace our doors. We serve our community by providing an array of services including: Nursing Care, Therapeutic Recreation, Social Services, Dietary Services and Rehabilitation Services.
