Conveniently located off freeway. Clean and quiet 55+ community RV park. Nice amenities too
We enjoyed our stay at Cotton Lane. The ladies in the front office are awesome. We really appreciated them being so helpful. The park and facilities are very clean. Lots of planned activities. Love the puzzle table in the Activity Hall. Actual the whole stuff was awesome. Overall we enjoyed Cotton Lane RV Resort. Thank you! Nearby activities: We were not too far from the front office and activity center. It seems a lot of guest and residents have golf carts. We love the book, dvd, puzzle exchange. We were there in our RV. Safety: We always felt safe here. Walkability: Great place to walk. Lots to see. Nice community golf course. Noteworthy details: Overall we had a wonderful time during our stay at Cotton Lane Rv Park.
Made reservation inquiry with a voicemail then received a prompt call back with friendly staff advising a 55 restricted park with a few rules. Arrival day received a voicemail explaining check-in procedure, which was helpful. Check-in was easy again with helpful friendly staff. This appears to be a newer RV / Mobil home park that is well maintained. There's a cute four hole golf course that runs through the Mobile Home section. The pull-through sites are in the back of the park farthest from the pool, showers, and recreational facilities. I appreciate the car wash area. The back-in sites are wider offering a little more camp side privacy, and closer to all facilities. I can't emphasize enough how friendly the staff and people I met at the park were, I believe it's because when you check-in you're not handed a long letter advising what you can't do. I paid $48.00 for a pull-through with full hook-ups.
Visited with a friend and found the park to be very clean and neatly kept. People were friendly and pleasant. I would chose to live there if I needed to find an RV park.Rooms: 5/5
We are on a lot in this park and have been for 4 months. We tried to reserve our lot in February and they told us to come back on 3/15 which we did. They then told us our lot was rented and they were full without them asking if we wanted to come back next winter. I don't know what kind of games they are playing. There is no respect for current residents. Have never seen this in 50 years of camping.
Dana in the office is very helpful. It's a very nice park, clean lots of access.
We have enjoyed our time at Cotton Lake. The office staff is very nice and the ground crew keeps things nice and clean. They are are also very friendly. The sites are large. There are NO picnic tables.
A great place for our short camping trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lot was quite large and very easy to back into. Nice and quite location with easy on/off the interstate. They even has a 4 hole, 3 par golf course that our cats could sit and watch the action!
This is our second year and w/o covid restrictions This year its even better than 5 stars. The office staff is warm, welcoming and very efficient. The maintenance staff good at keeping everything clean and running smoothly. There's always a notice text if anything has to shutdown for maintenance. Very friendly group of residents. It's very quiet and peaceful except when the jets are over head practice runs. Fun to watch their maneuvers. Will be back for our 3rd year next October.
Well , let me start by saying the three women that run the place should be, The Witches of Westwick. Gwyn, Beverly and Pat. The worst three. I moved in to one spot after three months I was told that I had to move because someone was moving into that spot...4 months later, W.T.F. I said okay. Gwyn offered 3 spots, I said, what about theses spots? Gwyn said, NO she said, Those spots are for mobile homes. Mind you, 4 months later still no one moved into the first spot. So 7 months later still no one in the first spot and no mobile home either, but now there's all kinds of RV there...W.T.F. One day a asked Gwyn to buy ice, she said to me, we don't sell ice... but they do sell ice...W T.F. When I first call Cotton Lane RV park Gwyn explained the rates to me and I said fine, Gwyn said that the electricity is 15 cents to the Kwh if I go over a certain amount, I said fine. My first bill was okay the second bill was sky high. I asked Gwyn to explain, she gave me a STUPID EINSTEIN Theory. P.S. ASK WHAT DOES MY TAXES MEAN ON THE BILL? They will ignore the question. THAT TAX IS FOR THEM. Oh! And do not anger the ground keeper's, they'll beat you up. Literally....
