My firm is based on the principles of professionalism, integrity and compassion, traits that I learned early in my career.
I began in the legal field in 1987 as a legal secretary. In 1995, I returned to college to pursue a law degree. I graduated Summa Cum Laude at Belhaven College in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. I graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in May 2000.
With more than 24 years of experience in the legal field - as a legal secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, and attorney - I am able to see the big picture of a case, and view it from all angles to better represent my clients. I am honest with my clients about every aspect of their case, and work hard to get them the results they deserve.
Before opening my own practice, I worked with law firms which focused on assisting victims affected by the negligence of others. This included automobile liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, 18-wheeler liability, minor settlements, guardianships, and estates.
Now I am able to put my years of experience and broad knowledge of the law to work for you. I understand how important your case is to you, and will devote myself to resolving your case with competence and caring. Availability and effective communication are the most important aspects of the attorney-client relationship. I strive to respond quickly to your needs, while also ensuring that your case is handled carefully and correctly.
My primary areas of practice are automobile accidents, personal injury cases, divorce, child support, wills and probate matters.
