Description

We provide a variety of wood and metal outdoor storage barns. They are built with Mennonite Craftsmanship locally here in Alabama. Our Rent-To-Own Program allows our customers to rent the barns with No Credit Check, if purchasing is not an option. No credit application to fill out and you are not required to keep the barn. We also provide Free Delivery and Set up up to 50 miles away, but will deliver farther for a small fee. We sincerely hope to earn your business.

Nathan and his crew are amazing folks; easy to work with and dedicated to making their customers happy. The buildings are solid, beautiful and well worth the money which, by the way, is less than you'd expect to pay for such quality. We've bought 3 buildings from Cotton State and couldn't be happier with them and with the service. Buy from them with confidence.
Great place to do business with. Nathan was very patient on showing us multiple options and answered all of our questions to help us make the best selection for our needs. We purchased on our first visit due to sale price, friendly service, and it being of good quality. I highly recommend this business.
We stopped in on Labor Day thinking no one would be there and we would just look around. Luckily someone was working on the holiday, she was EXTREMLY helpful and we placed our order on our 1st visit. The building came just as ordered. We absolutely love it! We shopped around and I have to say best quality at a great price and everyone was very nice and easy to work with highly recommend!
Best place around to buy a shed/small garage! They were very friendly, and very informative! If there was something different or special I wanted to add they said if it was possible they could do it. Everyone else was just saying no when I asked. They are also $300-$500 cheaper than anyone I looked at with better quality in my opinion, and that lower price is with with taxes for them and without taxes for the others. So after adding taxes a total of $600 to $800 more. I check everywhere in lawrence county all the way to decatur. By far the best service and deals!
Purchased my shed from out of state and Nathan and Courtney were Great! I needed to set up delivery while I was available for only 2 days. While obviously they can’t guarantee a specific delivery, Wesley and crew nailed it. Set the building and made sure the doors and windows worked. Overall this was a wonderful experience. Thank you all for the SERVICE. Would buy again without hesitation.
We love our building. Everything was great from the ordering to the delivering. Very pleased and satisfied with service. Would recommend to anyone.
Stopped by a local dealer and found a building I like. Went to purchase the building and it was over $300 more than listed on the paper in the building said they made a mistake and would y honor advertised price. They would not honor advertised price said they discount them too much already. Terrible business practice. The picture shows the price that was hanging in the building for more than a week.
I was out of state when I ordered the building and was on a deadline to have it delivered. The person I spoke with suggested me purchasing a building they had on site, she sent me videos of several buildings to choose from. I was able to purchase the building, sign all docs digitally and have it delivered right away all while still being out of state. So helpful and convenient. Building is perfect for what I need and very well built. Highly recommend Cotton State Barns!
