We, the members of the Council Bluffs Police Department, working with all people, are committed to providing quality and professional police service that promotes a safe and secure community, while affording dignity and respect to every individual.
We are committed to creating and maintaining active police / community partnerships and assisting citizens in identifying and solving problems to improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods.
