This establishment is wonderful at customer service. I used to live in Jacksonville and was remembering how much I loved the cowboy vanilla scent. I ordered online first time I've shopped here in over 7 years a car freshener and two mini melts of my favorite scent. When my packaged arrived, it was missing one of the mini melts. So, I called and left a VM it was late and an email. I was called back as soon as they could during their next business day. Not only did she ship me the missing product but she gave me an extra with a precious note enclosed! This is the way to do business! I'll be ordering regularly from now on and can't wait to come inside when I can! Thank you!!!!

When me and my boyfriend got a flat tire and pulled into the parking lot, the owner was so sweet in offering her phone to let us call someone, she asked us if we needed help, and offered her bathroom for us to wash up in after changing the tire. Very much worth your business!

The best shop around!!! Great customer service, the cutest clothes, home decor, and the most amazing smelling candles. Also, they have so much more.

We absolutely love this place! The owners are extremely sweet and helpful. The candles smell AMAZING and continue to smell like you just opened them the entire time you are burning them. They also burn forever and don't burn down fast like the cheap candles do. The gift shop has some of the cutest finds, especially during the holidays. My husband & I now make sure to always stop by when we visit his hometown of Jacksonville.

I love this store!! I feel special when I'm in their shopping.  Very unique things.  GREAT place to shop for myself and others. A treasure in Jacksonville. Highly recommend you go visit for a special treat.
