Staying at this motel for a week with my partner, the owner is extremely nice, and accomodating. Only had a small problem, they refunded us for the day, and fixed it the next morning! They even offered us another room!! The place is small, and welcoming. Feels like home. :Rooms: 5/5
This was an immaculately clean room, with all new furnishings see photos. They note the bathroom has a stall shower and worked great. Vanity and fixtures new, new TV, microwave and fridge. Places to sit outside each room with two, new Adirondack chairs. Owners were friendly and very accommodating. While close to downtown Littleton what a wonderful place it was quiet. If we return to the area for more hiking will try to book here again. Added note: I did a return stay August, see added photo and same experience - very clean, comfy bed, great price. I forgot my phone charger and noticed the alarm clock had a USB port. It's not a fancy place by any means - very clean, very comfortable, and very reasonable. When I return to the area will stay again if there is availability, they only have 8 rooms.
Quiet little place within a short walk from downtown Littleton. There are only 8 rooms in the whole place and the owners, Chris and LeeAnn are super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are pretty basic, clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a good home base for your stay, the Country Squire is a great choice!Rooms: 4/5
Immaculately fresh and clean rooms that are a great value for the money. I have stayed at several places around Littleton, and this is the best value so far. Noteworthy details: Close to downtown Littleton.

I have to second everyone's opinion here, this place is a gem. No online reservations and only 8 units, but they are friendly, the rooms are very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and everything works, including AC, TV, and WiFi. The hot water is hot, the water pressure is great. You can't beat the price. It's simple but has everything you need to be comfortable. The microwave oven and mini fridge was also very handy. We'll be back! They have rooms with 1 queen or two full beds.
This is a terrible place to stay. The room was musty when we entered, immediately felt like a mold/mildew problem given the smell and humidity in the room. We turned on the a/c and it took the moisture and heat out of the air. The bed had two poor quality, lumpy pillows. We had the room with the whirlpool tub but the jets didn’t work. There also isn’t the correct ventilation in the room to have a whirlpool tub likely explains the mold/mildew problem. We had difficulties breathing at night again, supporting a likely mold issue in this place. The place is dingy and you just feel dirty being there. We had selected this place because it was very close to somewhere we needed to be very early the next morning but it was a poor choice. I’d highly advise staying elsewhere, even if it’s a bit of a drive from your destination.
Most adorable "motel" feels more like a cottage in a town straight from history with amazingly friendly and welcoming people and excellent vibe. We chose this for an inexpensive option on our honeymoon. We're planning to rebook for our one year anniversary before we leave. Clean and spacious rooms with great people. We loved this place!! So unique and cozy. The owners are wonderful people and are always hard at work keeping everything spotless, literally! And well taken care of. It's a perfect place, could not ask for anything better. We will return, probably many times.
I stayed here few years ago. Its a nice and quite little motel. Owners are one of the nicest and honest people I have ever met. They sent us refund check week after our stay for checking out early. They could have very well kept the money as per the reservation terms.
