Rode the motorcycle out to visit the Old Delina Country Store one Sunday! Food was delicious and the owner, Larry, was excellent company! Go visit, you wont regret it!!!
Ambiance noun - the mood, character, quality, tone, atmosphere, etc., particularly of an environment or milieu. Ambiance is the story for this this quaint little country store. From the rustic decor both inside and out, to the owner, this place has it in abundance. The owner is very personable and the eating are is very clean. Antiques from old pedal cars to an old radio with a record player set a mood for sure. I ordered the "Fiery" burger because I like spicy food and it certainly delivers. I'd prefer my burger a little more pressed and a little less cooked temperature, but it was delicious. I also partook of a cherry fried pie and it was excellent. If you are driving around and happen to find this place, or if you are seeking it, it will not disappoint!
Old school country store with good ol southern hospitality. Had an awesome home made BLT..made with homemade bread real bacon, and home grown veggies.
My husband and I stop in yesterday on our way to Lewisburg. Such a cute little place and friendly owners. The owner shared the history of the store and how Delina was such a kind person to the local children in need of coats, shoes, etc. We didn't have lunch here but my husband bought a nice ball cap with the Delina Country Stor logo on it! A great place to stop by!
This was one of my favorite stops while we were in town. Great staff, so friendly, great food, great conversation. 10/10 would recommend. I didn’t get any pictures of there place, but we stayed in this cute air b&b nearby and they had the menu for Delina’s on the table.
Ordered the farmhouse burger and fries. Absolutely amazing! Got the blackberry fried pie for dessert. Super delicious! Will definitely be eating here again.
Step back in time to replace who doesn't care what your address or what your status is, not to mention their delicious food and hospitality. This place is a must
I have no idea how old this place is, I know it's got to be over 100 years. I have a piece of land I go to during the fall and that is THE place to get some amazing burgers and homemade ice-cream. Super friendly people, just like that whole region has.. Definitely worth it to go out of your way to visit. They also have lots of antiques on shelves that are most for sale Just a overall cool place.
Hole in the wall place you'd never know was there, unless someone told you. Burgers were delicious, and had theBlackberry fried pie and blackberry ice cream! Heavenly!!!! Will make a trip back just for those!!!! Must visit if youre in the area lookong for something new!
Already closed when we got there this time. We'll be back. Always worth the drive for that hamburger that's as big as your head. Soon. Yes, soon.
