Oct 2, 2022.. Currently this place needs to be watched over and investigated. I visited this place and the room I visited was dirty and dusty. I have found the patients tv on snow various times and staff is lacking professionalism and empathy.  I received a phone call from social worker that is a permanent yet these things are happening around them. With no concern on sanitary or cleanliness there is no concern to them.. What social worker walks about with no concern about these patients.. same with the staff..  When they see you observing the area the staff started cleaning.. Front desk do no know what they are doing.. They leave covid test laying around on the counter after using it.. This place is just waiting for someone to sue them asap or shut down if there isn't change..

Dr. Brechun took excellent care of a family friend! He deserves a raise. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Huntington Drive Healtcare is one the better nursing homes there is. My grandfather has been here for about three months now and I would highly recommend this facility! I see so many bad reviews yet I don't understand why. My grandfather has been well taken care of since day 1! The nurses are genuinely nice and welcoming. The CNAs are very attentive and helpful! My grandfather has not had a complaint and i talk to him on a daily. I also have not had any problems with staff. I was skeptical at first about this nursing home because it is an older looking facility but it's not all about looks! The facility makes sure to keep you informed on your family member and their well being. Which is a primary issue for me. Not to mention location is great because it is close to my grandmother's so we can visit my grandfather often. I HIGHLY recommend this nursing home if you're looking for one for a family member or yourself. You cannot go wrong with this nursing home. DEFINITELY WORTH FIVE STARS

So my grandmother went there for rehab after she fell and broke her hip in december of 2020. It took about a month before she was discharged eventually and i can say the staff there are excellent. Everytime i called my grandmother she has nothing bad to say. Food is great and they offer alternatives when she does not like the food being offered. Its not a five star hotel selection but the kitchen supervisor visited my grandmother for feedback. The nurses are great as well and very attentive. I love how the team over there made a conference call with me to keep me updated with the progress of my grandmother. And the rehab are the best! Better than the hospital and homehealth rehab. She was able to walk to her previous level and not to mention they were managing her pain level due to the surgery. I dont know about all those negative reviews but for my experience it was excellent all around.

This building is great , I called to get information about the building the nice lady in admissions answered all of my questions and concerns about COVID-19. At first I was scared to send any family member to the building with everything going on but the admissions reassured me that everything will be fine and that I can call her daily for any new updates. My loved one has been here for a month and I am beyond grateful with the nursing staff .

My dad was recently transferred here from hospital after he sustained a fall. I'm very pleased with how friendly, compassionate and caring staff has been over the phone. They have no covid patients here at this time which is great and they take all the precautions. They also have the covid vaccine in house to offer to every new patient which is amazing!! The building may not look all that from the outside and I was skeptical with placing my dad here but things have been very smooth and I talk to him once a day if not more and he is very happy with his care and the people he interacts with here. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of nursing care.

I fell and fractured my left kneecap a couple days ago , had surgery, then was transferred here I have never experienced such pain in my entire life !. Do not come here! This is the worst place I have ever seen. They are terrible understaffed, this nursing care is very substandard. They have no clue how to manage pain. I have had to call the supervisor twice and even he is too busy to call my orthopedist and get an order for a pain shot ! There is clearly a need for training here. You have to ask for every little basic thing, from a tissue to Ice for you Ive machine for your knee surgery site They don’t take any initiative on there own you have to tell them every little thing . They maybe checked my surgical site once ! They forgot to plug in my ice machine. They could care less if your literally crying and writhing in pain.i don’t think I slept more than 10 minutes the entire time I was here due to pain! You tell this person they say they’ll report it , you wait some more . You need to ask for a pillow. They get mad at you if you put your call light on for the nurse. It takes minimum of half an hour for anyone to respond to your needs. Many times they don’t respond you have to scream for help out in the hallway and pray someone comes to help you!Then when they do, they look at you with a blank stare. They should take care of all your needs , pain. Restroom, reposition etc and then you wouldn’t have to call so much ! I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here! This is the worst place I have ever been and am leaving tomorrow against medical advice ! DO NOT COME Here! PS I had an elderly roommate who laid there all day without being turned/repositioned she was hard of hearing ! I had to call the nurse for her. There is no bullitin board in the room with your nurses name on it, no phone extension, in fact phone didn’t work at all. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone . I am very disappointed in this place , repeat walk away! Every request you make is ignored after they say OK they will take care of it ! I would give zero stars it I could

Very impressed with Jacqueline D. In Marketing department. She answered all my questions & addressed all my concerns. So friendly & empathetic! What  Wonderful & Genuine human being!! The staff are very friendly & welcoming as well! Definitely a facility I’d place my mother in & know that she’s being cared for with patience & kindness!

The staff was awesome. Physical therapist were amazing. The case manager kat rocked very helpful. I stayed here for 2weeks.

They treat your love once like trash, they give them medicine that they don’t even need so they can kill them faster and for them to die sooner. The nurses are rude. Do your love once a favor and don’t take them here.
