I absolutely Love Dr Tripp!!!! He is the best vet around , hands down!!! He has been my family's vet for years. My grandma's vet, my mother's vet ,and now mine! He truly cares about the animals with a caring passion! His skills, and knowledge it top notch. The ladies that work they are lovely as well. My animals love him as well. He always takes care of them with quickness and love ,and really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Countryside Animal Hospital!!!
Dr. Tripp and his staff are excellent! I moved from Canton to Cleveland so I changed my doctor, dentist, optometrist, bank, etc. However, I refused to change my dog's doctor because I could not imagine taking them anywhere else. They take such good care of my dogs one of who has seizures and are somehow still cheaper than most veterinarians. Go here, you will not regret it!
Yes, Dr Tripp is an amazing, caring Vet. Dr. Tripp has been my vet since 1985! My complaint is that in 2015, my last cat of 20 years had to be put down for poor health. We all grieve differently…. I was never able to replace my friend until recently. My new friend just spent the night at the Stark County Emergency Vet and needs to be seen my vet. So I have everything transferred to Dr Tripp…. But guess what, when I call and after after 38 years of loyal patronage, and spectacular service to every friend I have brought thru their doors, I AM NO LONGER A CLIENT. They stopped taking new patients in 2020. But I’m not a new patient, I’ve been established and have been a patient since 1985! I’m STILL IN THEIR SYSTEM! Sad to end a 38 years of trust, faith and friendship all bc I did not replace my dead cat soon enough to maintain my status as patient/client.
The staff was very professional, accommodating, passionate with the animals. The Veterinarian was very sincere, genuine and took his time to explain everything that had transpired and what would be needed. Highly recommend them.
We love Dr. Tripp and hope he never retires! I don’t think there is another vet out there that could provide the love and care he provides for our very high energy bully breed dog!
Dr. Tripp is the best! He has helped me and my family with all of our beloved family dogs and we trust him fully to give us the best advice on how to best care for them!
The staff is awesome in every respect. We have be taking our babies to Dr. Tripp for years. He is so good with babies. You fell how much he truly cares. He is knowledgeable, Compassionate and kind. No matter how very busy his office gets, when it's your turn, he makes you and your pet feel priority. Thank you so much Dr. T
40 years of Dr. Tripp saving our animals, giving us hope and also knowing when it was time to let them go. He is an amazing, caring man who loves animals and treats his patrons with a kind heart. He has always explained everything and drawn pictures if needed, to help you understànd the condition of your pet.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We dropped off our dog to the kennel while we took a week long vacation. For background, our dog has separation anxiety, so we took her here in the hopes they would have stuff to help with the anxiety. We left on Sunday and had a family friend drop her off on Monday. On Monday we received a call that she would need a few shots to help combat sickness like kennel cough. We of course agreed to this, understandable. Fast forward to Saturday, 6 days later, we are driving back and get a call from the family member picking her up. Find out she never got the vaccines until RIGHT BEFORE the family members picked her up, 6 DAYS AFTER SHE WAS SUPPOSEDLY GETTING THEM. She was covered in her own diarrhea they said she just started the diarrhea today, which I dont believe for a second at the moment of pickup, to which the "lovely" staff proceeded to spray her with the hose and give the dog back dripping wet. And on top of that they had to give her a perscription for now being sick, which is THEIR FAULT FOR NOT GIVING THE SHOTS IMMEDIATELY. And they have the nerve to charge $218 for this. What a discrace of a pet kennel location. I dont know what the hell is going on, but it is a shame since normally we have fantastic experiences here when taking pets for a vet checkup. If you need a kennel, I would not take your pet to this location.
Absolutely the best doctor in town, staff is so helpful and nice, we have 4 dogs and all have been patient there entire life here. Thank you country side, and my fur babies thank you too.
