Quiet community with very friendly residents, they have a playground for the kids along with a basketball hoop. Overall nice atmosphere
I’ve lived here since 1/21 & ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It’s so beautiful, clean, unlike what you’d think of when talking about a mobile park. This is a Community with Proud Homeowners with Gorgeous Homes. Far from what you’d consider “Trailers” Patti, the Manager is so kind & helpful. Anything you need, she & the head of maintenance are on top of it. Buying my home & moving here is the best decision I’ve ever made! ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** Playground Is So Appreciated For My Grandson!

The park is well maintained. The houses all look nice. The roads can use some much needed tlc but my friend that lives there says they are redoing them all this summer 2020.
Lived there for 10yrs. Nice community. No privacy, kids, managers and everyone else walks in your yard. When ever they feel like. Get more and more rules every yr. Mail is always screwed up

Mobile home park is very nice very much undercontrol.low crime rate very friendly kind people live there.kids live there but they are not out of control you would never know kids live there.

No control in park,like Speeding ,some rules are good for some but not all.
I have a few friend who reside there They enjoy the living there
