Such a smooth and hassle free experience. Staff is beyond friendly and not pushy. The truck we wanted had sold but they had so many great options that my son still left there with exactly what he wanted. Went to look at 3 trucks yesterday at this dealership. Spoke with Jason. Didn't introduce himself, had to look online to find his name. The majority of the conversation was him talking about how terrible my vehicle year/model was that I was wanting to trade in. Initially offered $500-1000 for it. Told me Kelly Blue Book holds ZERO value to how much a vehicle is worth. After driving my vehicle and punching around on the computer he changed his offer to $3500. He said he "offered $500 to see where my head was at". I should have left at this point. After this he continued to say if he could he "would drive all them into the Arkansas river". He had an attitude of arrogance and spoke about how he "loved to educate customers". He told me he was a business person, clearly he wasn't a people person. He truly acted like he didn't have time for the customer. Only positive I have about this place was Del, who was a pleasure to talk to. Didn't look at the other 2 trucks I was interested in. I didn't want to spend money with someone who lacks basic customer service and tactfulness. Went to Campbell in Benton after leaving this dealership and purchased my vehicle there. Amazing customer service, gave an initial offer of $5000 for my vehicle and didn't talk about how terrible it was.

Recently purchased a 2018 4Runner from Jason. While they typically open at 8am he was willing to meet me a 7:15 to help with my work schedule. Jason was very helpful and professional. It was nice to work with a dealer that was straightforward and honest. They even detailed my new purchase before I left the lot. A week later I took my new vehicle to a tire shop to have the brakes, suspension, etc inspected. They called and said everything looked brand new. Highly recommend!
