Serving the Northern Virginia community since 1991, Countryside Orthopaedics has a reputation for specialized medical and surgical musculoskeletal care, including the treatment of the diseases, injuries or deformities of the skeletal system and its joints, tendons, muscles and associated structures.

Dr. Lower completed subspecialty training in Foot and Ankle and Lower Extremity Reconstruction and Dr. Khan completed subspecialty training Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery and Microsurgery. Dr. Lorenzetti completed subspecialty training in Shoulder Surgery and Reconstruction.

Very disappointed with Countryside Orthopaedics. Our family has been using them for many years and four fractures. We were sorting out our last fracture bill with their office and insurance company. I called the office for an update and was told they had sent our bill to a collection agency prematurely without notice. The staff member was very cold and matter of fact about it and refused to discuss further. I had to unnecessarily pay an additional $225 to the collection agency when this could have been avoided with one simple call. Not the local, friendly customer service we expect from our doctor so we will not be using them anymore.
The staff and specialists are professional and provide good service. I was able to get my first appointment without a long wait or delay and the service was timely, prompt and my treatment was provided with care and complete professionalism. The follow-ups are scheduled in a timely manner and I was provided good guidance on how to treat my fractured toe. Although I wouldn’t wish the pain or this issue on anyone, I would recommend these specialists should you ever need your broken bones treated as they provide excellent care.
Outstanding staff, very efficient and friendly. I had surgery on my left hand March 7th, 2022. Dr.Khan did an excellent job, prior to the surgery I could not close my hand, within a month I was able to make a fist. Now I am looking forward to play golf again. Dr. Khan is a great surgeon and a very pleasant individual. He went over all the details of the procedure before and after the surgery. I highly recommend him.
The checkin process was a little slow but not too bad since I had completed all of the new patient paperwork prior to my arrival. This seems to be a busy practice as the waiting away was full when I arrived at 8 am. My experience with the PA was good. She was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable.
My wife and I are very impressed with Countryside Orthopedics, and Dr. Adam Lorenzetti in particular. I am 74 years old, and have had several surgeries over the years, due to my arthritis. I was referred to Dr. Lorenzetti by a physician who said if he needed a shoulder replacement, he would want an elite orthopedist, and Dr. Lorenzetti was his recommendation. Dr. Lorenzetti took adequate time to answer all our questions, explain what our options were and put our minds at ease. He is very pleasant with a good sense of humor and a passion for his work. I had heard recovery from shoulder surgery was among the most painful. The surgery was flawless, in my opinion. I’m into my fifth week since surgery. The recovery has been the best of all my surgeries. Even the scar was about a 3-inch incision that has healed, and I believe will practically disappear. He has my highest recommendation. I would also recommend reading his impressive biography on their website. He has worked very hard to be a top surgeon in my opinion. If I ever need the other shoulder replaced, I will be using Dr. Lorenzetti.
My daughter fractured her radius so we had an appointment here today and had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. The man who checked us in was friendly, quick, polite - we were sent to a room quickly and the DR came in and explained the process of the cast to us, then Yani put my daughter in her cast and he was the friendliest, nicest man! Seriously, give this guy a giant raise he’s an amazing asset to your team! We were checked out by another man who was super nice, set up our follow up quickly and got us out of there seamlessly. Great job - I think your staff was amazing today!
Great people, very caring. I had surgery on February 8th on my left elbow from falling off a horse on February 7th and Dr, Adam lorenzetti is a great fantic person. He fixed my left elbow with screws and plates. it takes about a year to heal, so I have been going to pool, going to a personal trainer to help with my strength in my arm and say hello to it again. Then I had to do physical therapy and those people are really great.
Very professional, efficient, and personable from start to finish. Dr. Lower and his staff took great care in anticipating and meeting my needs. Appointments were timely, even when changes were requested by me. The care I am receiving from Dr. Lower is excellent, and I'm thankful to have a competent surgeon to address and remedy my issues.
I have arthritis in both knees and was going in to be evaluated for an additional shot. Dan was great and discovered that I had arthritis in both knees, and got both approved. He administered the shots and was great. Humor when you get a shot makes the time go much quicker Highly recommend the practice!
Nasty rude staff who refuse to help you and love keeping you on hold for hours everytolime you call. They are apparently under staff and unable to help a person in need. Sorry folks but don't waist your time.
