County Dental Providers

Super friendly staff... Our previous dentist said my 5 yr need 4 crowns went to county dental for second opinion turns out they were very small fillings he only needed on 2 teeth other 2 corrected with extra care to teeth. Don't mind the drive for the great staff and friendly dentist.

Horrible experience. I asked for a referral to an orthodontist for braces and was told they could do them in the office. After a year and a half my teeth still were not correct. I got my braces off and was told a retainer would straighten them out. It didn't and they are just as bad as when I went in. I wasted 2800.00 and no one will even call me back from the office. They broke one of my teeth in the process and won't return my call about that either. Through a text from the office manager I was told that "orthodontics was such a small part of the practice and that dr. Johnstons area is general dentistry" wish they would have told me that before they took my money. Horrible experience. My teeth hurt all the time, still have a broke tooth and can't get a call back. As a patient that spent a lot of time there they also bad mouth other patients that come in. Right in front of patients they are working on. Steer clear of this dentistry it's a JOKE. And if they mess you up, they will avaoid you at all cost.

I had a consult for a tooth that was abscessed. The nurses were all very upbeat and friendly, singing and smiling. The front end staff answered questions I had before hand. When I met with the dentist he answered all of my questions, was friendly and down to earth and went over my x-rays with me. My appointment for the extraction was today and again the staff was excellent! I have never been to a dentist or doctors office where I am seen so fast. I love it!

I have been a customer of County Dental for about 2 years and have experienced cleanings, root canals, crowns and extraction and hold these folks in the highest esteem for their professionalism and expertise. I also saved a good deal of money due to their reasonable billings for services. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Johnson is wonderful. He explains everything and has color photos of each issue he sees. The entire staff is friendly and took time to explain the fees and insurance breakdown. The amount I paid was far less than 2 other local offices had presented. I would definitely recommend.

The staff and dentist are top notch and take the time needed to explain treatment and fees. I would recommend Dr Johnson without reservation.

I cant even speak to how well they are as a dentist since they kept cancelling my appointments. They'd be scheduled weeks ahead then the day of or the day before they call and say they had something come up amd have to reschedule me. The real kicker to this is that they so politlely charged me $50 for not giving 24 hr notice for THEM cancelling my appointment..needlessto say I found another dentist.

They fish for money. Didn't even get my regular cleaning because they claimed I needed a deep cleaning. So, basically wanted to charge me out of pocket for a cleaning that my insurance already pays for. The dentist there claimed I needed work on areas other dentist have seen and no problem was found. This place is a rip off. They won't give you any options on your teeth and say that they will not do any of the work if you don't do it all. That work totals up to around 2k out of your pocket. Will never be returning.

I was Leary about coming to a new dentist since I moved 50 minutes from my old dentist. Usually as a new patient the dentist will insist that you need a deep cleaning. Even if you get regular cleanings. That's what happened to me at County Dental. It's annoying when they fish for money from the patient and the patients insurance company. Needless to say I made the 50 minute drive to my dentist office and received a regular cleaning like I had been. Twice per year for five years. Two stars because the staff was nice.

Having moved to Dallas, GA a short time ago. I was so fortunate to find a Dentist nearby quickly. Beside the local Kroger, County Dental''s location was perfect for me. Not only was Dentist Cory Johnson exceptional in his Knowledge,; he was able to communicate all of my options for needed procedures. There was no stress which is important to me. Whether young or old, County Dental is equipped to complete your dental needs satisfactorily and I am pleased to recommend them highly.
