After my experience this week with County Balance, I highly recommend them!!! Anne, the office manager, is very friendly and helpful. Super pleasant and obviously very knowledgeable. Elizabeth Ryan, the audiologist, is the absolute best!!! She knew my mother’s situation and the severity of her hearing loss; she gave her the best possible hearing aids at the best possible cost. In addition to this, she scheduled us into her busy schedule not once but TWICE to accommodate my flying home to Virginia later that evening. I cannot say how much I appreciate all they did for us!!! Incredible team and I highly highly recommend- Absolute best in the area!
If you have a temperature higher than 98.6 they want to refuse service. The only plus side is they are super fast, but it remains to be seen if they can complete Army LHI appointments correctly or not. Only time will tell. The test giver seemed rushed and they didn't even close the soundproof door to the test room. The whole experience was negative really.
