Update: Got a letter from the Court House this week and they gave me a update on my Court Date. Now they say I to present myself on the date of September fourth 2050. No no 2020. I'm going to have to make a payment before this date. The first fine was from the GRC de Drummondville and was paid in full. Here's the good part, here in Quebec Canada if you have over a 0.08% blood alcohol level it's a criminal offense. And if, a big If, you get caught on your third offense you can get a fine for you to a maximum of $1,000, loose your driver's license up to two years and probation for two years and to top it all off::! Go to Jail for upto 120 days. As lucky enough as I am I I got the MAXIMUM sentence. More to come if you're interested What happened to me and why am I here? You can almost call this place a home I have come here often enough Who likes to go to the courthouse knowing what you may be going to jail Happened to me without notice. Now I am going back to the court house because I was unable to pay for the $1,000 fine within 6 month. Maybe the judge will give me another fine for not paying on time.
all the people who had come to contest, had to wait after all that they were defended by an online lawyer who reported$ several of them only came late in the afternoon! The judge warned us that we were disadvantaged because not to represent!
Marie josee menard bad judge her a judge who does not have the qualities required to be a good judge.
