Court House Fitness

About

Mark and Kim Rogers, owners of Court House Fitness, constantly work to bring Fayette County a complete fitness center.

Description

Located in historic downtown Washington Court House, Court House Fitness is at home in the old Downtown Drug Building on East Court Street. Spread out among the tri level building, we offer every thing you need to create a fitness oriented program to maintain a healthy lifestyle. From the ground level of our building, we offer an aquatic center that includes a heated (90 degree) pool, a hot tub with industrial strength jets to massage away your aches and pains, and a sauna. Our four bed tanning salon is also on the ground floor, along with the service desk, and the men and women's locker rooms. The second floor houses the co-ed workout areas, which include a full spectrum of Nautilus and Cybex weight machines, as well as over 6,000 lbs. of free weights and benches to accommodate your workout needs. The cardio room features treadmills, stationary bikes, and elliptical trainers. There is a children's room, where your children can watch TV, play with toys, and just hang out while you are exercising. It is monitored Mon. ~ Thurs. evenings, from 4:00 until 8:00 pm. We also offer 24 hour, 7 days a week access to these areas. The third floor contains a women's only workout area, designed around a full body circuit training program to give a complete workout in about 30 minutes. It also includes a walking track, and an aerobic class room, where classes are held in a variety of exercise programs.
