Had a dental emergency needed a root canal. They got me in quick and didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Been to two dentist previously and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental needs . They are very friendly and tell you the truth right away. Very straight forward and honest. Thank you so much for no pain and being honest . Glad I found you!!!

Worst dentist ever! I still have sensitivity in the teeth he worked on and he always used to hurt me. My new dentist never hurts me and my teeth feel great, I’m so glad I left there. His office is like a true torture chamber! I reported him! Don’t go here. Men seem to have a better experience maybe he just hates women who knows. Why risk it? I’m sure he will come back with a snarky reply trying to gaslight me and make me look crazy. Too late sir! I found an amazing dentist in Enfield CT and it just exposed even more how you have no idea what you’re doing and should lose your license!

I would not give even one star, if I could only write a negative review. My husband and I spent YEARS paying off a ridiculous loan Dr. Zive forced on my husband. The work he did was not necessary, nor was it quality work. When my husband returned to have the poor work fixed, Dr. Zive promised it would be free, yet charged us AND the insurance company anyway! Not only is he a fraud, but he also has no bedside manner. His Assistant had to point out that my husband was nearly going to faint from pain during a procedure. My husband has now been seeing a reputable, wonderful Dentist that corrected all of the botched mess Dr. Zive left behind. A complete disgrace. It is a shame that he can get away with billing people for such horrible work.Dr. Zive is horrific and I am shocked that he is still practicing. Stay away!

I went in for routine dental work before I turned 21. I had gone to this location for some time for regular routine dental work such as cleanings and maybe one or two cavities. Dr. Mark Zive is the dentist who has always worked on my teeth and i made the mistake of asking him to do what he could with my teeth before my insurance quality dropped after turning 21 . I was in fostercare and was under the impression that insurance would be dropped after aging out of the system . Dr Zive has a fancy machine in his waiting room that creates crowns on demand and he loves to use it . I did not need crowns. I had one from a previous dentist and thats all i had needed. He injected me with numbing meds into my gums in multiple places and then ground down my three of my front teeth snd showed me what they looked like before he put the crowns on . He did not discuss his plan to do this before hand and at this point it was too late to go backwards. I was very traumatized by this. I had not returned to him for about 5 years and did not see other providers because of the mistrust created by him doing this work with out asking me first . I spoke to a dental assistant when i went in for a cleaning about five years later and I told her about my experience and fears and she reviewed my chart and told me my teeth looked fine and there was no reason they should have been ground down and had crowns installed as there was no damage to them . I truly believe he committed insurance fraud. My son was a patient of his and he was very short with my son and very annoyed with him instead of guiding him thru the process and comforting him. I have not tried to sue or anything like that. Im not trying to make money or anything off of him but i am very upset this happened and i can never go backwards.

I had a crown done by Dr. Zive an he did a wonderful job. I loved that I didn't have to have any impressions taken, nor did I have to wait for it to come back from a lab. It was all done in his office in a very short period of time in one day. Him and his dental assistant were very pleasant an his receptionist was very nice. The entire office made feel very comfortable, an welcome.

Dr Zive purposely makes mistakes doing implants so he can tap into your insurance money as much as he can. Then tells you you won't be charged for the second crown to only find out your insurance once again has been charged and you have to wait until the next year for your insurance to cover anything. After, your tooth breaks off and you end up going to someone else to do it the right way and pay a third time. Stay far away from Dr Zive unless you want the service I experienced.

I started experiencing pain with one of my back teeth. I was so nervous that it was something bad. I called and Dr Zive answered the phone himself and got me right in to be seen. He and his assistants were very kind and patient with me. After my exam Dr Zive informed me of my diagnosis and plan of treatment. I left very satisfied and not at all worried anymore. I really appreciate how kind and caring this whole office is. Thank you for all your hard work and compassion.

Dr. Z did an amazing job on my implants!! I couldn't be happier with my results!! He has got to be the friendliest, nicest, and funny too, dentist I have ever been to! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything that he does. The office is so clean and bright and friendly. He staff are great, so friendly and helpful. Sarah and Sara I have changed to Dr. Z to take care of all my dental needs. Thank you again for giving my such beautiful teeth, and giving me a huge smile!!'

I am so happy I found this practice! I've gotten in with Dr. Zive when Ive had a dental emergency and was assessed and fixed up the same day. The results were awesome! They have many payment options which is great to know because it's what kept me away from the dentist in the past. Couldn't be happier that I found them! Thank you

I always come here excited and ready for a great dentist experience! Just a few days ago I visited the office for a cleaning and I'm always happy that there's a little to no wait and a warm environment. My dental hygienist knew exactly what she was doing at the same time as she was making me feel like she genuinely cared about me as a patient because I'm sure she did. Always asking if everything is okay and making sure I'm alright is definitely a great time at the dentist. Even afterwards the receptionist was very nice as she helped me schedule my next appointment. Great place for the family!
