Courthouse Green Apts

I am currently in the move out process - I lived here for two years. I figured Id give a review because all the other reviews seem to be based on past management. The new manager, Melissa, is lovely! My apartment has always been lovely. If you clean and upkeep with your home, you will love it here. Only negatives Ive ever seen here is maintenance is rarely ever working. Deff need some new hires. I had a kitchen ceiling light out the whole two years and was told someone would come by thanksgiving 2021 and it was never replaced so I feel bad for people who have actual problems inside their apartment lol. Lots of kids running in streets late but thats not the neighborhood problem, I feel like thats a poor parenting problem. I will add anything if anything else comes up during the walk through/ move out. But 5/5 recommend for a first place and also a great place if youre looking to save up for something nicer :

This place needs to be shut down & all apartments need to be redone... Its sad that its for low income but they treat them like dirt. From the black mold Rent going up every month even after you have signed a lease for a year your rent still goes up. They care nothing about the families& their children ..and just try to get a hold of someone to complain we'll good luck there... My grandchildren are there and I know they are getting sick from something in them apartments... And not only that way to much drug traffic and no managerment at all. Pray my family find a place to go soon..... Things would probably be better if new people would take over ones that really cares for their tenants

I had seen a listing somewhere that there was availability on the complex, so naturally I call! I spoke with someone named Cindy and man was she awfully rude. Before I could even finish my sentence I was cut off by her saying nothing is available and they have a 4-6 month wait. This wouldn't have been in a problem I'm absolutely in no rush, but she didn't even give me a chance to speak. Personally, I won't ever comply to deal with management like her.
