The pier barely exists after it got clapped by a hurricane 3 years ago and they still haven't fixed it.

There are a lot of homeless men around panhandling and / or other. It's not a safe place really to bring your kids or go by yourself . There is no pier. It was damaged in one of the prior hurricanes and never repaired.
Very nice pier. Lovely place to relax and especially go fishing.

Real nice parking area to enjoy the beach or walk the pier. Clean and well lit. Trash cans and restrooms.
Great place to enjoy the costal scenery. Photos at sunset are magnificent. The pier makes a good ba kground. During the day the sun beautifully glistens off the water. It's free , it's fantastic for photos- why not stop by.
