Courtyard by Marriott Riverside UCR/Moreno Valley Area

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is so nice! Security there made me feel safe. Plus the Peter j. Weber house was right next door. We took a tour on the day of checkout. The tour for the Peter j. Weber's house was amazing. What an awesome end to a great experienceRooms: 5/5

This is a go to location anytime I am in the area. The front desk service was speedy, informative, polite and pleasant. Major thank you to Jennifer for being accommodating during the check in process and answering all questions. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Great location near high way as well as local food. Highly recommend!

I have never been treated well and appreciated as before visiting this hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel has strong, responsible night security. Location is very convenient near a college campus and freeway connection. There are gas stations near as well as eateries. The bistro is also another gem while stating at this hotel. There's also a 24/7 market in the hotel lobby packed with snacks and drinks. I consider this hotel my second home far from home. Rooms: Rooms are well planned, big enough, and comfy. Safety: The hotel has a strong, responsible, friendly, and helpful night security guard. I feel safe, especially knowing someone is awake and alert, watching over my company utility truck as I enjoy my night sleep. Food & drinks: The bistro is great for drinks and food for order. Located adjacent to the lobby inside the hotel. There are also plenty of other places to eat from nearby, on a short walk from the hotel. There's also a 24/7 open market in the hotel lobby.

Great location, super clean room, quiet and most important, excellent customer service from the staff! Room was super clean and nice decor. Beds/pillows are super comfy and I appreciate the tub, coffee pot and mini fridge. I wasn't crazy about they layout of the bathroom...the sink was outside the bathroom and very small. Inconvenient when trying to get ready and the other person is still sleeping. Not sure if all the rooms have that layout though. I stay at Courtyards almost exclusively because of their consistent superior customer service. I didn't think it could get better but this location exceeded every other location. Kudos to the staff at this location!!

I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed at your hotel from Date to Date and had a very unpleasant experience. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very rude to me. They were short-tempered and did not seem interested in helping me. I also had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to check in. During my stay, my room was never cleaned by housekeeping. I had to dump my trash in the hallway bins at the end of each hallway. I also had bananas in my room, which caused the room to smell bad. I had to use the wet, dirty towels that were on the floor from the previous day. When I called the front desk, they were unable to send any towels because the front desk clerk was the only employee working at the time. This happened all 3 days of my stay. I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel and will never stay here again. I would like a full refund for my stay.

The staff was spectacular during my stay. Very informative and polite. Everyone had a smile on their faces when you entered the property. Housekeeping was also outstanding with their duties. Thank you all and see you soon!! Rooms: There are a few things that could have been better. My room's closet didn't open, or they fazed it out. No access to iron or ironing board to use on my dress attire. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly.

this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Aside from their annoyances with paid parking and paid breakfast and locked doors that you have to wait until someone sees you and opens the door the staff not being by the front desk all the time to let guest in and staffs general disinterest in helping and rude attitude... I came in for a celebration and knew that id be staying out late. so I requested late checkout, which they granted for 1 pm. At 8 am I hear pounding on the door. I ignored it, hoping they would go away. They kept knocking insistently, pounding and pounding like the police. I couldn't sleep anymore, and thinking it may be an emergency, I got up. I opened the door to none other than the cleaning crew! I was in disbelief and upset, I said to them "what's going on?". to which they responded: "we need to clean the room but its ok." In what world is that ok?!

The hotel looks recently renovated and the rooms are nice and clean. Jennifer at the front desk did a great job checking is in and was really helpful with restaurant recommendationsRooms: 5/5

Good hotel for the price and in a decent area. We didnt have any soap but brought our own. I would come back as a rewards member. It is just a little far from home but still close enough to everything.Rooms: 4/5
