The rooms are small. The rooms do not have adequate options for cooking and making food in your room. The customer service can be better. The location is convenient and close to everything. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if staying for a day or two at most.Rooms: 3/5

The pillow covers are covered in god knows what and blood. The A/C doesn’t blow cold. It is middle of summer in florida and outside is cooler than the room. It feels muggy and humid in the room due to the lack of air flow and circulation. The bed sheets feel wet even though they’re not. The walls are bland. Service is rude and good luck getting your calls answered. Breakfast is overpriced microwave food that you couldn’t eat with a soy allergy $40+ dollars for 2 to eat. There’s barely any lighting whatsoever. The only hope this place has is the pool. This stay is extremely overpriced and not worth it.

The wifi is very spotty and is disconnected more often than it is connected. The rooms do not have a kitchen or kitchen sink so keep that in mind. Place is clean and service is not bad. Location is very good, everything interesting is located nearby.Rooms: 3/5

We went on an impromptu business trip with my husband and stayed here. The room was big enough for 3 and my husband was able to set up his "office" without us being in the way. The pool was right outside our sliding glass door. We had a ground floor room which made going to the pool more accessible in my opinion. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and small shops. Loved it

There was someone slamming the door next to #301 room late at night. It took while for the cashier to appear at the Bistro and she seemed unprepared but took my order nevertheless. The rooms were nice and the staff we're friendly. It's a very nice location.Rooms: 4/5

Bed are super comfortable but walls are then and other guest can hear everything.... I got compliments that I was loud when I was talkin on the phone and not loud at all..Rooms: 4/5

If you are cruising out of Tampa, this is the place to stay. The port is just 5 miles away. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Johnathan our shuttle bus driver was very polite and friendly. He offered to take us anywhere in the area within a few miles of the hotel if he was not busy picking up passengers at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Daniel who informed us we had been upgraded to a king suite. What a beautiful, clean and comfortable room. We love the Marriott beds and pillows. The various staff members we met were also kind and courteous. The pool area is full of various plants and the water was super clean. There are many restaurant choices within walking distance. Thank you everyone who made us feel right at home.

I can not say enough good things about our stay here. Our flight was canceled early morning and we were looking for a place to stay. As Marriott members, we contacted several locations trying to book a room and get an early check in. We were treated poorly by several other Marriot locations, But the front desk staff here made everything right. Angela was AMAZING! She not only booked us a room, she got us in a room by 11am and upgraded us. Angela and her manager were so helpful and understanding. They really provided above and beyond customer service that we appreciated so much after having to deal with rebooking flights, etc. The room was very clean and spacious! The hotel also has great amenities, but service ups all!
