Cousins Subs

Description

At Cousins Subs, we strive for better. Since 1972 we've been creating our signature deli fresh subs. We start with fresh bread that is baked every day, then we freshly chop vegetables and slice the meat daily. It's how we do it and always have.

This was definitely the best cousins sub I ever had. They made it fast and piled on the meat. Most places when you order double cheese steak you get a little extra, here you get like a whole other sub added to it! Amazing. Food: 5/5
I love Cousins Subs but I have a very picky order Ham & Cheese with onions, peppers, very little lettuce with mayo, oil, and salt and pepper. No matter how busy they are they make it exactly the way I like it. I also love the buns they are just the right amount of crunch outside and soft inside. So THANKS FOR THE GREAT FOOD Parking: This particular store is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple ramps for people in wheelchairs and I am sure if you have any problems you could call into the store and they would bring your food to you or help you get into the store
Kelly the cashier presented her name and was very polite and respectful when taking my order, Reading back what I paid for making sure everything was done right so yes she needs a raise...Food: 5/5
I currently work at a Cousins not too far from this location, but I was in the area, so I thought I'd stop at this location. I expected so much more, but was disappointed. There wasn't any greetings or conversation starters from the employees which wasn't welcoming. The employees acted like they didn't want to be there. They were quiet, not talkative, and one employee had earbuds in their ear while working. The cashier didn't know what soups they had today or what flavors of shake they offered. There wasn't any ice in the ice machine. There were crumbs on the tables and floors. My boyfriend ordered a steak philly which didn't come with much meat. I ordered a sandwich and a bowl of broccoli, which was very thick and a brown color rather than a yellow color. From my experience, they were either low on broccoli or haven't been stirring it often and letting it sit. I would be embarrassed if I served the soup that was given to me because I know how things should be. I will not be coming to this location again and would reccomend a different Cousins Subs.
I've never had a bad double cheese steak before here. I think the salt missing from my fries was on the sub.
I usually go to Jimmy Johns and now I remember why. They lost my order and I was waiting for 20 minutes while I saw all these other orders going out. I didn’t order much so I knew it wasn’t taking that long to make it. The kid at the counter knew I’d been there for a while but he never said anything to me or checked on my order. I finally went up to the counter and asked about my order and the kid said, “I knew we were missing an order.” If you knew why wouldn’t you say anything? The manger told the kid she made that order and they found the bag with my fries sitting there and my sandwich. She handed it to the kid and he gave it to me and apologized. He was nice about it, but I asked to speak to the manager because she should have been the one to apologize and give me the food. Look, I get it. I work in fast food too. Accidents happen. Orders get misplaced, but you could have handled it differently. Your staff should be trained to check on people who have been waiting an unusual amount of time, and the manager should handle things like that. Not just pass it off to your minimum wage employee. I don’t care who’s mistake it was. You are paid more to deal with stuff like that. And I’m very nice. I wasn’t being nasty about it. I just asked her why she couldn’t have apologized as the manager instead of the kid. And she did apologize and it seemed sincere so that’s something I guess. The fries were cold. I knew they would be before I left. The sandwich was fine. It wasn’t as fresh as it could have been. I didn’t care enough to ask for fresh fries. I didn’t want free food. I didn’t even care enough to ask them to remake it. I just won’t be back again. Jimmy Johns is right across the way and I’ve never had issues. If I want fries I’ll go to McDonald’s.
Went to this location Friday 11/18/2022, preferred online 6 subs 4 fries 5 sodas 6 cookies for my co workers. Every sub had its own personal request of toppings and how it was cooked. The group that day made every sub correctly and tasted great. Greatly appreciated.
Did an online order, was there about 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time which was fine cuz they were busy got home and there was barely anything on the subs. I called and the guy was saying what should be on the sandwhich in kind of a rude way and said they’d make it in front of me if I wanted , they remade the order. Had it ready for us when we got there. Only this time they messed up a sandwich. I said no tomato and extra mayo, they put tomato and no mayo. I have never had issues with this place till now, extremely disappointed.
Fastest service in downtown Greenfield. Clean, respectful and friendly staff and useable bathrooms. There are places to park, eat dine-in or you can take your food with you. Located in a strip mall.
Move out of state and was in town. Cousins is still great. I miss having one.Food: 5/5
