OUR PAYMENT METHODS: Please consider using PayPal. PayPal has options for paying via your checking account and any of your credit cards. We will accept payments via money orders and personal checks, but we reserve the right to ensure checks are processed and cleared. Your items will be shipped out as soon as payments are complete.
SHIPPING POLICIES: All available items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt and payment confirmation,.
Couture Apparel will provide Tracking information via e-mail. This applies to our on-line products as well as any custom designed product.
If additional insurance is required due to the value of your order, this will be added to the cost of your item.
Custom items cannot be returned since they are manufactured according to your specifications. All other products are available and can be returned within 10 days as long as they are in their perfect condition.
A handling fee of 5% of the value of the item returned will be deducted off the total of the refund.
Returns are ONLY accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) obtained direct from Couture Apparel.
All items shipped to our company without this reference will not be accepted
Refunds will be issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are NOT refunded. Returns postmarked more than 15 days from ship date , will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
