Dr. Schmidt removed part of my intestine in 2020. I was left with a fistula that he refused to repair, the part of the intestine that he removed was left inside my body and there was a piece of packing found inside my incision which caused it not to heal for a long time causing me to need wound care. I had to find my own surgeon to repair everything, ended up with a colostomy bag on my side for months until repairs could be made. Definitely would not refer anyone to this Dr. ever!!
Dr Schmidt was great. I asked lots of questions and so did he. Surgery went well getting my staples out next week. Feel good about everything. The follow up calls, emails, and better 'client service than expected.
Pleasant staff, doctor Black was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough! Definitely recommended!
Botched my surgery, I now need total reconstructive surgery done! Unwillingness from Dr's to listen to my complaints, dismissing me with saying all was medically fine... which is far from the truth!
