A young man named Ricky Gonzalez came to my mother in law's house when we called for a wellfare check. Turned out she was having her third heart attack. Ricky Gonzalez spent the first 10 minutes talking with us while on his phone scrolling through his social media. When he finally picked his head up oit of his phone he tried to talk her out of going to the hospital and was more concerned about playing doctor than actually doing his job to help my mother. My husband and I ended up taking her to the hospital ourselves because my mother in law, nor my husband and I felt comfortable with her being in the back of an ambulance with this incredibly unprofessional young man.
