I am one of those people never take the time to write reviews, I couldn’t help but express my utmost admiration for CoverBliss. The exceptional quality of their fabrics and their outstanding customer service left me truly impressed. I felt compelled to share my newfound go-to place for modest clothing. I am happy for great customer service and beautiful selection of modest clothing. I absolutely adore my Kaftan, stunning Abaya, and Cardigan.
I was looking for a simple yet elegant abaya which I found at covered bliss. It is simply beautiful, feminine, modest and received many compliments. The owner is friendly and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be purchasing another one in the near future!
What else can I say but that Covered Bliss is one of the only shops you should be getting your kaftans from. Excellent quality family owned and just all around great customer service. Every item I have ever recieved from Covered Bliss has been the highest quality. I have never had to return an item nor have I ever received a damaged item. If I have questions, they are always answered in a timely manner. I refer everyone I know to this business.
I have been buying kaftan dresses from Covered Bliss for three years now. I even exchanged a dress without any problems. I exchanged because I ordered the wrong color I love their kaftans and they are beautifully made. When I open the package, I am always excited as they are that beautiful! One of mine is custom to my measurements. I always get plenty of compliments. Their customer service has a personal touch - and I am big on customer service as I am in the hospitality industry. You won't go wrong with ordering their product - you will become a return customer as I am! Happy Covering!
I decided to drop in during one of their open houses, and I couldn’t be more thankful that I did. Nida and Nawal made me feel like a bride getting ready for her walimah! They were so accommodating to even mix and match different pieces of the kaftan based on my own sizing needs. This store truly is bliss!
Let me start by saying that the dresses are beautiful. They range from $50-$200 from what I've seen so far. I went to the location in Richardson several times. The first time they were closed and nobody showed up. Turns out they don't open till 1pm so the hours on their site were incorrect. Then we came a second time at 1:10pm and the store was still closed. Owners didn't show up till a bit later. Came a third time because I only had 30 min to look around the previous time due to me working second shift. Showed up at 1:15pm and doors are closed. Stayed waiting for over 15 min and nobody ever appeared, even though I made sure to ring their Ring twice. Disappointed that the place repeatedly isn't open when they say they will be open, I won't be coming back.
I rented an office inside this place. I helped the owner ship out the orders daily. While working for her, she had me shipping out used returned items as new. Just whap at any stains with alcohol swabs if stain becomes un-noticible, she resale it as new even-though item clearly has been used. I also noticed they loose a lot of beads. Be ware of the items you receive. Your response is stupid since I helped you, I didn't work for you so therefore you couldn't let me go. I rented an office from you and helped you get your orders out. You lie about everything. Check your items received carefully.
I had a wonderful experience at this store. I went in looking for a dress for a wedding I’m attending and a very nice lady help me find the perfect dress. They had such a variety of dreamy merchandise. I recommend this place 100% specially if you are looking for something beautiful and of great quality. I will definitely go back for more dresses.
I walked in completely overwhelmed to get a kaftan for my wedding. She helped me pick a kaftan out and she was able to do some customizations to it so it will be perfect! We even picked up a beautiful abaya and another kaftan for my mother in law! I will always recommend this place to anyone needing a kaftan or wedding gown. She definitely knows what she is doing will exceed your expectations!!
The dress is beautiful .. I bought it for my wedding day . My issue is it doesn’t fit me right and I don’t think it’s a right fit for my wedding day . I was aware of the return policy beforehand , but I can’t help but be bummed that I wasted my wedding dress money on a dress I’m not going to wear on my wedding day . With COVID I’m unsure how I will make it work . Just beware of the policy , which is no returns , prior to purchase .
