As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are included in a group of organizations receiving grants under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS). Covered Bridge Healthcare of St. Joseph County qualifies for reimbursement from both Medicare and Medicaid, and offers a sliding fee scale to defer costs from our patients. More than that, we offer comprehensive medical services under the governance of our Board of Directors and a quality assurance program that focuses on giving all of our patients top-notch quality care.
