The folks at this shop are as skilled and professional as it gets. I blew a dually tire out and drove to their shop where I met Jasmine and Bert who got me taken care of immediately. It's too bad that the service is so fast because I was enjoying learning a thing or two from Bert but they had me back on the road mid-conversation! It's alright because from now on, when my truck needs rims or tires, I'm going back to Elpex Tire and we can pick the conversation up where we left off.

I took my vehicle in for service after a 12 day wait for 1 to 2 day job and an increase in the quoted charge from $600 to $840 ,without authorization, I picked up the vehicle only to find they had damaged it. After speaking to Clint, the manager, I was told they would not pay to get it repaired saying it wasn't there problem. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS. $600 to repair damage.

I never knew about this place until I was referred on where to get an alignment on my box truck, not only were their prices fair but the honesty is hard to come by. After putting it on the machine there were no adjustments needed so a small fee for checking it they sent me on my way within a more than reasonable time frame

To Clint and the rest of the staff thank you so much for making me feel welcomed. All of you were so professional and kind. You got me right in with my Motorhome you gave me a wheel alignment and alerted me right away of another problem you found and you took me to the motorhome and you personally took the time to show me the problem and explain. I appreciate you guys thank you so much for making me feel safe on the road to Pensacola. YES THEY DO MOTORHOMES.

Recommend you to make an appointment in the a.m. in and out within an hour Mikey the alignment tech is awesome person he takes pride in his work a true Craftsman and if you get the chance to talk to him he will teach you a thing or two about tires and lifts and steer you into the right direction for your 4 wheeler

Clint takes real care of his customers. Brought my Class C RV in for some work... Couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a fair shop with a friendly crew... These are your guys.

1.5 hours for an alignment, and it still pulls. AND they couldn't "attach" my last lugnut, so I have a nut rolling around in my driver seat well.
