Covington's Valdosta

My first time visiting, inside and outside was immaculately clean, the greeter was very friendly, our waitress was so helpful and pleasant she went above and beyond answering questions for my significant other who can be inquisitive sometimes. The food took ample amount of time to be served The menu held a variety and the food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Covington's dining 5 star experience...

What a quaint nice eatery. Covington’s has an amazing decor that makes the smallish space feel large. I was greeted and served by a friendly staff that enjoyed being there. The food was great. The fried mushrooms could’ve used a bit more seasoning and the club sandwich was in need of more mayo. All in all a great place that I will try again. Keep up the good work and support local restaurants!

We went to a wedding this weekend they catered. The food was absolutely delicious the banana pudding was the best pudding I ever tasted the service was absolutely amazing. The servers were on point and very courteous and friendly. If I ever do an event I am calling them.

They catered my nieces play in lakeland and i offer to buy a drink that was left and the waiter rudely said no that i only could get one if i had a cup and there was 6 full glasses of tea that they poured out.

This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in town. If you are craving good old fashioned southern cooking then you are at the right place. Their chicken, mashed potatoes, rolls, and butter beans are delicious. Don't sleep on the squash casserole. It is their best side in my opinion. It's the definition of comfort food. They have great service too!

These guys are top notch. I have worked with many Tallahassee caterers but I chose Covington's to cater my wedding at my Madison County, FL property. Every aspect of their service was top notch. I will absolutely be hiring them again and will even pay them extra to come all the way to Tallahassee for the next event I host here.
