Cowboys Food Stores - Florence

You know, not everyone can go home to a hot meal every night. So it sure would be great if these "convenience stores" would serve SOMETHING hot and fresh for us truckers! Seriously!

Not a trucker friendly place even tho they have spots for truck parking. Im giving two stars for the clean bathroomapparently not for use from truckers pr non buying customers. So looked arround in the store to buy something dor breakfast, there was nothing available except chips, than took a foam cup and filled it up with hot water. There was an old grumpy lady there, told me "you need to pay 52c for this" since she saw I am not spending any money in here. Way to make customers comeback. Also why would you have truck parking and a truck diesel pump if you dont like trucks pulling in? :D

Truck driver. Was going to park here for the night, get a bite to eat and spend money in this store. To back into a parking spot I had to pull up between the store and the pump. While maneuvering to get into a spot, the attendant, short older woman, came outside and glared at me like I had killed someone. Had to pull the breaks and get out to look and make sure I wasn't going to hit anything. As I pulled the breaks, she yelled over the intercom that I can't park there.. thanks sherlock? She then c9mes outside and I try to explain what I was doing. She wouldn't let her attitude go. Claimed I was going to damage the pumps. I wasn't even close to it. I told her there was no reason to yell at me and I was trying to get parked, at which she pointed down the street and told me that there was a truck stop down there, go park there. Like I said, I wasn't gonna park then leave. I was going to be a paying customer. But because of her, you lost business, and I will be reaching out everywhere I can to relay my experience at this location and let people know how customers here are treated.

The staff here especially the older lady is very rude judgemental discerning she followed us out to our car got her license plate number and was giving it to someone on the phone just because our card declined and we weren't able to purchase the items that we had picked out very rude and judgmental people here she should not have a job like this

They are a little truck stop that tries to accommodate as many as they can. When trying to get off the road for the night they were friendly gave information and told me where to park.

The girls and guys that work there' are nice . The place is always kept clean !

Nice gas stop. Good clean updated bathrooms.

Black truck drivers DO NOT STOP HERE!!! Older lady smiles. Younger lady frowned and snatched my money...

Absolutely the cleanest restrooms between Louisville and Cincinnati! Great staff.

Outstanding customer service plus they had my new favorite chips - Flaming Hot Ruffles.
