Cowesett Ultra Wash

Great little place they do a pretty good job at a fair price. Staff are extremely friendly and sociable. I would give 5 stars but they seem to have a high turnover rate for employees. Making the quality of the wash less consistent in its potential. I go bi-weekly so I spend a lot of money each month and would love it if my car was washed well consistently.

New to the area and have taken both our cars here several times. Overall they do a good job cleaning the cars. The service level is less than stellar. The staff could care less about getting to know you. They stuff their face with food offer the loyalty program to whom they feel like 20 washes no one ever told me about it Today was my last attempt I drove in with my wife's car they were not busy at all staff sitting outside in chairs ... I asked for their ultra deluxe and the young lady's response was... with tone and impatience ...like I was a moron 'how am I supposed to vacuum the car your in the wrong lane'. I said it's okay... I turned my car around and headed straight to another car wash. How about hello how are you what can we do for you today something other than making me feel that I am interrupting your social life by trying to purchase your most expensive car wash. I guess I am just not their target customer.

Best car wash in the area. Always pleased with the outcome. Friendly staff. Keep up the good work. Ive been going here for years and will continue to do so.

I been going to this car wash for over 8 years. My car comes out great the people who work there not so great they greet you with a slip with your license plate number down and sometimes they don't even get your license plate number correctly. You build up so many points every time you go there for a free wash & interior cleaning. Just yesterday I was there getting my car washed & I had enough points for a free wash the woman who was at the register told me I should wait and get a full wash and interior cleaning. 1st of all when I go and get my car washed I have a right to choose if I have enough points for a free one.Not someone telling me what to do & the woman at the register got pissed off. 2nd I wouldn't trust anyone cleaning my interior if you have any valuables in it. I usually clean my own interior at home. 3rd one time I had someone in the very beginning of April bring my car in the automatic wash and decided to turn on and blast my ac I was not happy you don't touch anything in someone car it's not your your not paying for gas either. But overall they do a good job with your car.

Went today for the first time in a long time, and they did not disappoint. My interior was filthy and they did a great job getting all the dog hair out and giving it a good vacuum and wipe all over. Nice folks, very friendly.

They used to be good, now they are terrible! Paid $25 to have my SUV washed, vacuumed, and Armour All applied. First off, tons of area not vacuumed. They didnt lift the mats or do the rug in the gate area; They used some cheap cleaner for the interior. Armour All leaves a beautiful shine. There was no shine at all! Not to mention, numerous areas throughout were left untouched and still dirty. When I picked up my husband, he legitimately said to me, "I thought you went to get your car cleaned?" Yea, it was that bad! I wish there were the ability to post pictures, because I would love people to see exactly what I'm saying. Won't bother wasting another penny here! Far too many car washes around that actually take pride in doing a good job!

I paid the $22 for a car wash and I didn't feel that the attention to the details if cleaning we're met. I have been going there for years. The workers were nice but the cleaning wasn't what I expected.

Best place they do a great job interior and exterior wash vaccume clean windows and what impressed me is they even rolled windows down to hand dry the inch of window under the window seal then rolled back up and got the bottom window dried. Worth the money.

Not so great. Dropped $12 in quarters to try to wash my full size van. Foamy brush barely pumped out any soap foam and high pressure rinse lost pressure half way through rinsing van off. I used stall on outer end.

Best car wash around. I go there with my dirty work truck and they go to town inside and out .my truck comes back spotless. Great place I definitely recommend them and for the price you can't beat it.
