Our workouts incorporate full-body strength training with heart-pumping cardio. We do all the planning so you show up, have fun and get in great shape!
We offer strength and conditioning training in a group setting. Workouts (WODs) are offered Monday - Friday at 5:30 am, 11:30 am - 1 pm and 5 - 7 pm. Our coaches are CrossFit Level 1 and USA Weightlifting Level 1 trainers, they will teach you movements and will be with you through the WOD to offer encouragement and make sure that you're performing the movements safely & correctly.
Your first couple workouts with us are totally free. Monthly rates are $45 or $60, depending on how often you would like to workout with us.
Our coaches work with you to achieve your fitness goals; look better naked, run faster, lift heavier. Our workouts are sure to challenge you, both mentally and physically; our coaches will make sure you stay safe while getting stronger and faster.
