Coworking Spa by Laya is the first coworking space and holistic spa of it's kind in the world. Our space is a fusion of an innovative, relaxing coworking space fused with a ground-breaking holistic health spa bringing the best of the technology and natural health services (often available only to pro-athletes) to the general public. We are changing the definition of corporate wellness and sports medicine through holistic treatment and approaches.

The Laya Center is a Holistic Wellness Destination + Coworking Spa in Downtown Kansas City, owned by NFL Veteran, Joe Mays, and his Designer/Herbalist wife, Toyia.
Joe is a veteran NFL player who is well respected around the league. He has played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, and San Diego Chargers.

In 2017, the couple expanding the model with Laya Center Partner, Kia McClain and Leah Fairman to create Coworking Spa by Laya to expand their reach to the tech community and further their workplace wellness partnership.
