Such an amazing experience to work with the gentleman behind this business- they products are vacuum sealed and labeling is spot on! You can’t beat the price for this luxurious product that this company produces! The marbeling of the beef is that of prime cuts, the list I gave was hit right on the head of a nail. Will defiantly be purchasing from them again!
