Went in today, I was looking for women's work boots, apparently they do not carry a size 9 in any work boots, or so the lady at the register told me. They wouldn't even help me look for a men's size that would fit. I've bought many boots from here and never had such horrible service

It's been a while since I've been in this store; stopped by and you can tell there is new management. Better organized, friendly and nice stuff.

Horrible place to shop or work at. New management is horrendous. All of the Cowtown brand boots are complete garbage. Highly recommend steering clear from this place

I was looking for a pair of boots, I tried on about 10 pairs and ended up buying 2 pairs of boots this place was Very nice I was able to shop no sale pressure . I will go back again, Great Place

Was doing some last minute shopping. On, Saturday prior to Father's Day and only one sales person in the store. Not only did they have a full house of people, but were able to assist me, in buying a new cowboy hat. Best customer service and experience ever! Highly recommend for all your western needs.

Called on a Saturday to make sure it was open beacuse they closed at 6 and i soon as i got there at 5:00 they told me they were closing in 10 minutes drove pretty far just so they can tell me they were closing in 10 minutes , i got a shirt . Then i wanted to get a cowboy hat and guys were being rude because they wanted to leave early they where just looking and looking idk they would talk between them just looking at me and made me feel very uncomfortable, had to get a cowboy hat and ended not liking it because i was in a rush . It was a guy with long hair and a dark color guy , not going back ! Very rude

Its a nice western wear store, but i have a hard time finding the boots i want there.

Sad to see a once great store fall so low on service. Used to be awesome. Rude, rude, rude now. Asked to use the bathroom and was told they don't have one. Why lie? Just say it is not available. I was taken back and mentioned I didn't appreciate that and then walked out politely. Thought I would give it a shot and called back. When I got on the phone with the manager and starting talking to tell her how I was disappointed after being a customer for many years she hung up. I called back several times in case it just was an accidental disconnect. They did not answer. I looked online and there is no way to communicate to anyone through their website. Very sad.
