Terrible service. My service goes down at least once a day lately. So today they sent me a bill for January and they RAISED the price. No notice, no explanation.
Love your terrible service because I can at least pay less since you can't provide the service on the plans you pretend to provide. Paying for 150 is the same as 250 because you are horrible. Can't wait to watch your company die one day.
Always served me well. In SV they’re really the only game going. They have great people working in the local office. I recommend if you need help you go see or call them, better and faster service ensues.
Cox as a company is overpriced and unprofessional. Good luck getting any assistance with issues on their subpar services
We moved and had to return our cable modem and Contour device after many years of being a COX costumer. I'd phoned to find out what needed to be returned and what the process was. The agent said we should get a handwritten receipt when we turn in the equipment. We signed in and after a short wait in comfortable chairs, the lady scanned the modem and brought up our account on her monitor. She handed us a small printed receipt and I told her they had instructed me to get a signature. She said we weren't going to get a signature from the store. Seemed odd. She walked us to the door and as she went back in, I took her photo.
Customer Service leaves much to be desired. It’s like trying to pull teeth to pay a bill. Called the store to get my account number and was transferred to corporate customer service. If you can find somewhere better do that.
I have never seen such an egregious monopoly in a company. $75 for the worst internet connection I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I paid that much in Lafayette for twice the MBPS. Clarksville was $45 and we didn't lag nearly as much. The internet goes out every few hours for a few minutes then pops back on, etc. I find it infuriating. We finally "upgraded" and using the company's "rental" router is minimally better so far. All companies do everything they can to get as much money out of you for as possible, but they don't make control completely impossible. We should not be paying Xfinity Premium prices for mediocre function customer service is about the same, but honestly, with the internet, the best customer service is when we don't need to call you. I blame the area for failing to encourage competition as much as I blame the company. This place being a small town doesn't mean the internet has to be this bad. At least the employees are pleasant though.
Internet service here is TERRIBLE. It’s a total scam…..you pay for set internet speeds but it’s always throttled lower than what you’re paying by for. I use barely any internet but somehow am always struggling to connect, streaming freezes all the time and at least once a day my computer will say loose the network entirely Their online bill pay is even tougher to manage. I set up autopay and they billed me for $0……then added a late fee. Why would you bill me for $0??? I used to hate comcast but honestly this place makes comcast look like saints
Angelica, exactly the same thing, on Tuesday. Nathan, you stink at your job & are not helpful AT ALL. Not only did you not listen when I repeatedly said 'No thank you, I would just like internet', he kept trying to push other products to as part of a 'bundle'. I even asked him to look at my other acct where I am paying 59.99 a month for 150. He then told me about the installation fee, & wouldn't be able to install for 9 days. I called Customer Service & they took care of me, free & next day install Veterans Day even. CALL INSTEAD
Cox is not worth it loss of internet all the time and when your contract is over they try to charge you even though you payed have been having trouble since 2019 saying that I owe them and can't get Internet service because of them saying that I owe them and I don't!
