Our time with Dr. Cox office was great! It was our departing due to relocation that was not. Mid January was our son's last visit and during that visit we informed his office that we would be relocating. It was at that time we was informed of a refund. I then advised that we would contact them once we get our new address. Early February we called back with the new address and was informed that there was fraud issues going with refund checks and that it will be a while to process. I then contacted the office in early March and was informed that the check fraud issues was still going on and that it should be resolved soon. The next time contacted the office was mid March and the check was at the Goose Creek office and that I could pick it up. I reminded the finance dept that I had relocated and would need it mailed. That is when I was informed that due to fraud issues I had to pay $15 fee to have the office send it certified. This was the only option. I then discussed it with my spouse and contacted the office the next to day to agree and pay. The finance dept was not available but was going to be provide the information. I then called the following week to ensure the message was recieved and it wasn't. By this time its the end of March. I spoke with the Finance dept and paid the $15 fee and was informed it would take a week. After no show on the refund check after a week, I reached out again and was informed the finance dept was busy but said the check had to be sent over to the other office to be sent and it will be on its way. At this time its been 4 months of run around and answer, no refund check and us paying $15 more for nothing.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Cox, Dr. Polydorou and their entire staff! Everyone is kind, friendly and super helpful. For a period of time both of my children were in braces at the same time and they made things so easy from a payment plan to scheduling appointments. We are always taken back to be seen early and squeezed in last minute if the kids had a problem. Dr. Cox even called in the evening to check on my kids after getting braces on earlier that day. Top notch service!
Thank you Stacie for bring such an awesome dental assistant! My braces turned out great! And not to mention meanwhile when I was getting my braces on Stacie and other staff were super helpful when it came to not having a babysitter and getting my braces on! I appreciate how attentive, caring and overall just how wonderful of an atmosphere it was at this location! This location is super family friendly and full of positive attitudes! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR.COX ORTHODONTICS!
We’re still in the midst of my sons experience with his braces but it’s been a great experience. I’ve seen such visible change since first putting them on a few months ago. The team is great and can always squeeze us in when there’s an emergency he’s a very active 9 year old lol. They make it fun for him which is great bc he was very nervous going into it. Absolutely the best
I've been going to cox orthodontics for almost 2 years now for my braces and my family has been coming here for years before me and we have all love them. I can't wait to see the results of my braces and how great my smile is going to be thank you Dr. Cox for everything you have done for me and my family.
Came to Cox for a second opinion on Phase 1 braces. They were welcoming from reception all the way through the dental work. My daughter loved it and we are appreciative. Clean office, friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr!

We transferred from another orthodontist and they have been so welcoming and making the process a breeze. The staff members are super sweet and made us feel very comfortable. My daughter was nervous about seeing someone new but after our 2nd visit she was excited about coming. I will be recommending them to everyone
